After days of agony, I bough this product out of desperation and due to the good reviews. I expected to be disappointed, I wasn't. My painful sciatica was a 9 out of 10 every time I turned over in bed, sat up and stood up. After just the first night wearing the cushion it went down to a 3 which took the agonising pain to a bearable level. I don't know what the days ahead will bring, but it definitely worked. It is good quality, easy to wear and stays put; and well worth the cost which is reasonable. This is for a side sleeper which I am and will remain to be, but wearing the cushion between your legs also by default changes your position in bed slightly as well. I now sleep like a pencil instead of a curly-wirly ;) The height between your legs and the position makes all the difference in my view. It definitely re-aligns your spine and takes the pressure off, releases and relaxes the nerves. All the previous manoeuvres which brought such pain seem to have melted away. I didn't expect it to work, especially so quickly. Give it a try, its brilliant.

OK, I think this is a personal thing, for some I think it'll work, and others maybe not. I've had 5 procedures carried out on my spine, last MRI scan showed L1/S5 should have 12mm of disc between them and mine is nearly bone on bone so guess I'm qualified in saying I know about painful backs. Initially I was sceptical about this item, however after using it for 2 weeks, I can say I wake up ( early ) and find I've less pain than I used to have. I also imagined it would be cumbersome and uncomfortable, however it's not the case. I MUST say though, that if you get up for a pee through the night, remove it as it's not attractive and usually slips down off your leg on the way. The shape is comfortable, your body heats it up when you've got it in place, I would say to most back sufferers to give this a go. I 100% know that nothing will remove the daily pain, but any small adjustments add up, so in this I'd give it a thumbs up.

Very good had helped with my hip well worth it

I seldom leave reviews but for this I’ll make an exception. I bought this on a whim as I’d been suffering with hip and glute pain for quite some time. It seemed to have come on out of nowhere, pain killers helped a little, a new mattress made no difference and if anything seemed to make it worse. Then I joined a fb group and saw a post suggesting one of these pillows. I figured after spending a fortune on creams, pain killers and a mattress i might as well spend another few quid and try, and I’m mighty glad I did. The difference it’s made to sleep quality and pain reduction has been remarkable.

Works well, and it stays put for me. The size is also great, not too big or small - just right! Wish it was just that little bit firmer. It feels like it has helped with supporting my alignment when I sleep on my side. My friend has a more expensive one, and I think hers is slightly firmer, but I wasn't willing to spend £35 on a knee pillow I wasn't sure would help. This one does the job and it's a more accessible price

This is such a comfortable leg pillow, it really helps, I had one a year ago and found it so good I ordered this one for my husband. He’s finds it very helpful too.

My lower back is feeling better with this being used.

J’ai reçu ce coussin et j’ai passé ma première nuit avec. Il est excellent et de très bonne qualité j’ai tout de suite acheté un deuxième pour mon épouse. Très pratique avec la petite sangle et il est très agréable au touché. Une très bonne position entre les jambes qui maintient bien la colonne. Le matin beaucoup moins de douleurs de dos. Je recommande franchement ce coussin.
