If you want to get feeling better, start taking mushroom products. The taste isn't too bad. It definitely helps after the first week of taking it mood and body filling.

I was skeptical when these were suggested for me, but I’m not skeptical anymore. They have helped me focus in the daytime and relax and sleep more soundly in the evenings. They’re easy to take, and unlike some other supplements, have no stomach or digestive side effects.

For me personally there was a bit of a change and how well my brain functioned. It took a little while, but the brain fog finally cleared to some degree. Different products work differently for different people. For me, it did not make so much difference. I am 66 years old and a combat vet. But physically, I’m in very good health. I ended up purchasing Noobru Advantage Powder packs and they seem to make a much better difference than this product does. I ordered two bottles of this product and have been using the other powder in addition to this. The powder is what I can tell has made a difference in my thinking, and it happens very quickly, or as this particular product does not, and has not been as effective on its own.
