Tasty meal substitute
I used these recently when I had a bad throat infection and solid food was very painful; they taste great, mix well, and go down smoothly. They have a good range of vitamins and minerals inside and a low sugar content. Recommended.

With summer fast approaching I have decided to try NewWeigh Summer Strawberry Meal Replacement Shake in order to be able to fit in my swimming suit ;) I have received 7 sachets, 60g each, strawberry flavoured powder. Very easy to prepare it, just add water and shake. Creamy consistency can be achieved if you use blender instead of shaker. I usually drink it at morning , instead of breakfast and it make me full for some time. What is most important for me it is really tasty, so I can control calories intake without suffering. One of the better shakes I have tasted. 😋
For years and years I have always been on a diet and tried so many tablets, excerise programs, diet shakes etc. NewWeigh isn’t a brand I have used or seen before but I thought I give them a try, it’s a meal Replacement shake which comes in a box of 7 sachets (Strawberry). Each shake replaces one meal so I decided to replace my breakfast as I find I never have time to do breakfast, it’s very quick and easy to do (I did find it tasted better mixed in my electric blender) only water is needed, it’s a nice texture (thick) sweet tasting and to be fair it like drinking a real milkshake (not as good as McDonald’s) Packed with loads of vitamins, protein, goodness I have been doing for a couple of weeks and have saw a difference not so much in weight but not bloated, have more energy etc. I have decided that I am going to buy some other products to go alongside the shakes to try and get some of this lock down weight gone.
