My water cooler cost 25/m in electricity. I rented one that cost 3/m to run but then the rental fees went up to 15/m for the cooler. Forget that. Bought this. My kid started singing "3rd world Kids of the Future" when he used it for the first time. LOL! It does feel that way. It's pretty simplistic and cheesey but the thing runs lightning fast, fills a cup in like 2 seconds. Takes 2 D batteries so buy some ahead of time, it doesn't seem to have a manual backup. (aside from remove and pour the bottle old style). For the money, it works great. I live in a hurricane area and I may pick up a few extras in case of emergency or to travel to other areas of emergency and help out if ever needed. So this is a good way to stock up on water bottles and be able to pour them super fast. It is not cool looking nor for display but it gets the water out of the heavy 5 gallon bottle quickly and clean and efficient and kids can use.

Directions poorly translated and lack full information. Item not functioning.DO NOT BUY. I cannot recommend as item received broken after the 30 days, no refund or exchange accepted.

Had to use new batteries to get full flow, almost sent it back.

Great concept but a bit fragile

The product works great. Have only had it for a couple of weeks and we love it. I give it 4 stars because I had ordered it once before and it didn't work right out of the box. And although I returned it and got my money back without a problem it was a let down to have to go through the claim and everything.Edit:01/2017Stopped working altogether. Changed out batteries and it just wouldn't turn on. As if the motor fried or something. After so long I figured it was time I guess.

Please don't buy this it is garbage besides I wasted money on batteries
