What are the ingredients. Magic doesn’t cover it.

I have bought loads of this from Amazon, my chinese supermarket keeps selling out of it. Ingredients are Salt, artificial chicken, flavoured powered, soy sauce, power (salt, maltodextrin, defatted Soy Bean) Sugar, Flavour enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate) Sasame oil, palm oil, garlic power, pepper power, colour (caramel) May also contain sesame and peanuts. Hope this helps.

Does it contain dried Flounder fish powder?

Ingredients: Salt, Soy Sauce Powder [Soybean, Salt, Wheat], Chicken Artificial Flavoured Powder, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Sesame Oil, Garlic Powder, Colour Caramel, Pepper Powder, Scallion Powder.

When a recipe requires vegetable stock could I use this or will the flavour be wrong?

If you want a specifically Vegetable flavour then this isn’t it but if you want a tasty flavourful taste this is good..you can add it to making your own Chicken soup or noodle soup It definitely adds extra flavour and it’s Not a over Salty taste like many others it’s definitely something you can have in your cupboards that you will use.
