Who Is It?
As an elementary school librarian, I am always looking for books that will appeal to our mainstreamed SPED students. This, along with its companion title, What Is It?, with bright pictures and simple, repetitive text fits the bill. Like many educators, I purchased these books myself for the school, and the package was sent to my house. My preschool grandson was here when the package arrived, and he enjoyed the books so much, I ordered a set for him as well. These books are good for language development for any child, and I look forward to others in this series.

Who is it? (identify and learning what workers do)
GREAT HELP!This book has colorful images to help engage my child in a book of familiar looking people--which (in turn) help in teaching him to label each by job, and what they do. I'm no expert, but being able to sit + bond with my child, as we work on language is a simple, productive way I can become part of his healing. Thanks for the simplicity in a world of SPECTRUM words that I can't begin to understand..SO HELPFUL!

Simple and well done!
On one page it has a darkened illustration of the person (Who is it?), the next page has the same illustration but in full colour (It's an astronaut). Great for my 2.5 year old autistic son as well as my 1.5 year old neurotypical daughter.
