This curtain rod is great. It is super sturdy holding up 2 sets of heavy curtains. Installation was simple and i love the wrapped rod so you get a true blackout. The size was accurate, and the telescope adjustment is very solid and not wobbly or loose. i would 100% buy it again

Well built, worked really well. Just what I wanted, a double rod as close as possible to the wall.

I bought this Eclipse Barnes 1 Inch Wrap Around Adjustable Brushed Nickle Blackout Curtain Rod in order to quickly hang blackout curtains in a spare bedroom. I especially liked the wrap-around feature of the ends, as I feel it helps to keep the edges of the blackout curtains close to the wall to keep out unwanted light. I chose the 1 inch diameter because it looks more substantial than the 5/8" or 3/4" sizes. This curtain rod includes finishing end plates, mounting brackets, a center support, and mounting hardware with drywall anchors. Note that since each half of this adjustable curtain rod has a slightly different diameter (to enable the telescoping function), the end plates and mounting brackets are end-specific and -not- interchangeable. This curtain rod was relatively easy to install and does a good job of supporting my blackout curtains, plus it looks great. Recommended!

Good: Rods are sturdy and I really like the look and function (wraps to block the light) Bad: the screws and molleys are cheap and short… both factors are unacceptable. I hung the brackets with 2 of 3 screws hitting studs on each end bracket. I used longer, heartier screws and used better anchors for the 3rd hole. My drapes are substantial… they are hung securely.

I love the design of these. For one the curtains will go to the wall on the ends helping block light, heat and cold. Its very easy to change out drapery , Which I do seasonally.Pull a pin and the end is free. I use the double as I like sheers for privacy and light in the daytime. The secondary rod simply lifts out and securely sets back in.

I was initially skeptical about how much difference a curtain rod could make. But let me tell you, investing in a high-quality rod like this one was crucial for achieving true blackout darkness. Cheap rods often leave gaps where light can peek through, ruining the whole purpose of blackout curtains. This rod is sturdy, easy to install, and holds my heavy blackout curtains perfectly. No more annoying slivers of light! If you're serious about getting a good night's sleep, don't skimp on the rod. This one is worth every penny.

Very sturdy, easy to install, good quality, and great appearance for the price. Had a little hick up where there were two left side fittings in one box but I made it work anyways. I had made a report about it. They called to ask if I'd like to send it back so they could make the correction. but, since I figured out how to make it work, I decided to keep it the way it was. But, I do appreciate they're willingness to reach out and fix the mistake, that gives the fifth star back in my book. Good job 👍

I purchased silver ones at Walmart but couldn’t find any, so I was very happy to find these on Amazon. I love the wrap around feature (light isn’t coming in along the edges of the curtain), simplicity of design and ease of installation. I don't hang heavy curtains, so these rods are more than sturdy enough for what I need. It wasn’t overly heavy, there’s good overlap in the sizes of window covered. I think they’re great.

I never knew there were rods like this that curved around and helped with keeping light out. We love it, easy to install and works well = light stays out.
