Pet Dryer 4.0 HP 2 Speed Adjustable Heat Temperature Pet Dog Grooming Hair Dryer Blower Professional with 5 Different Nozzles and a Shower Massage Glove (Black)

After doing a fair amount of research, I decided on the Free Paws adjustable speed dryer. I have a white standard poodle and a miniature white schnauzer that require lots of baths and grooming to keep clean and white! They both love to be groomed and the dryer has been the best addition to our process. Now when I get it out, they know what's coming next and start lining up to see which one will get groomed first.After having the dryer a few months, it started making an extremely loud, ear piercing sound that made using it impossible. I used the Amazon link to contact Customer Service and explained the situation. Their response was super fast, efficient and helpful. It was clear they were committed to helping remedy the noise. They gave me a few instructions to help diagnose the problem and once we identified the issue to be caused by the hose, they immediately sent a new one via FedEx. They also provided me with the tracking information and confirmed delivery to my home. Within a few days, they followed with another email asking if the new hose had fixed the issue. In these times where a lot of companies are getting low marks for customer service, these folks get top awards. They make a great product that they stand behind!

This dryer is really nice. it is designed well and is powerful on the high setting. It is very quiet on the low setting so it didn't scare my puppy during his first few baths. Now that he's adjusted to it we are able to use it on the high setting for most of his body and just use low setting for around his face. Heat also works very well. Gets hose hot on the high setting but air is not too hot for dog. Good item for a good price.

My golden retriever is fearful of the loud dryers but we needed something that could quickly and effectively dry his coat without leaving him scared. This dryer is wonderful for that. He doesn’t mind the sound and it works very well. I’m sure there are stronger dryers on the market but this one doesn’t frighten him, so I am very happy.

This dryer worked great, but I had dog hair all over my bathroom cabinets and walls lol. It took a good 30 minutes of drying because I have German Shepherds and had to get the undercoat dry. I’ll have to figure out a way to keep my bathroom clean next time. Maybe keep them in tub while I dry them. The noise level was okay definitely not as loud as a vacuum but about like a hair dryer.

We have a pool and 3 Golden Retrievers who swim every day. This is a must have for us. It dries them in no time. With this dryer, I don't have to dread them going swimming and dealing with a wet dog. I bought another brand and it made a terrible whistling noice that the dogs hated. Sent it back and got this one. Don't skimp on price. Get this one!

I was spectacle about purchasing this pet dryer but I must say it’s everything that I needed. I’m able to dry my golden retriever in 20 minutes. It’s not noisy, not any more than a normal dryer anyway. Definitely worth every penny, I’m so glad I went for this one instead of the $300 I was contemplating on

Quiet and powerful. The heat option is fantastic as are all the attachments. The yellow rake is great for removing dead hair!

I purchased this and really hoped that I would love it but this dryer is so loud and has this high pitched squeak that I could not fix. I have 2 large, long hair dogs who love to get dirty. They both hate the noise of my hairdryer so I was hoping this would be a better option but it's so much louder than my hair dryer. It's also extremley heavy and the attachments are just cheap plastic. Not worth the money at all, it will be going back.**EDIT- I feel it's important to mention that the seller did reach out to me after reading my review to make suggestions on what the issue might be or for possible replacement. Due to this I felt raising the star rating from 1 to 2 was fair. Good customer service is always a plus however, I did not want a replacement since the squeak was only one of several issues.
