Well made and does the job. Only problem is that it is almost too intelligent. I am using a hdmi switch box to share a screen. This box detects the screen when you start or first plug in but if I switch to the second computer it detects the screen has been disconnected and switches off video out. It doesn't keep monitoring for the screen returning. I have to unplug and replug the unit in to my laptop to make it rescan for an external monitor. Annoying and something to be aware of if you have the same use case.

It works well and does what it supposed to do. I have not experienced any issues with connectivity to my devices.Price is a little expensive but technology is expensive these days.

I've had this dock for nearly 4 years and it has been brilliant. It gives me a single cable connect to my laptop which means only one connection to make for charging and monitors/peripherals.In my configuration I have:1x 4k 60hz monitor in landscape mode plugged in to the DP port2x 1440p monitors in portrait mode for doc editing; the first is plugged in to the rear TB3/USBC port and daisy chained to the second using a DP cable. (note I only recently added these monitors, I couldn't find any useful documentation just tried them and they worked! )..plus a bunch of USB peripherals including a 1080p webcam, soundbar, keyboard/mouse receivers via the usb hub in my 4k monitor and iPhone 15 via the front USBC socket.I use a HP 830 with TB3 port, Win10 22h2, and to get this all working in Windows I switch to "second screen only" and not use the internal laptop display.This dock influenced my decision to replace my work laptop with another windows machine as the M2 macs won't work with this doc.

Have used this with two laptops. A dell Precision 5530 and a 2020 Macbook Pro 13". This dock will not work with 2 60hz 4K screens as advertised and will get very very hot causing it on some occasions to stop working properly (ethernet dropped out). For the price I paid I'm very disappointed and do not recommend buying this to anyone

This is the 2nd thunderbolt hub I bought, the first one was from OWC overall the belkin unit works much better.Network and USB ports are working as they should and chaining a display over the thunderbold out port functions, the build in display port works very well though, although I am not getting FreeSync out of it. (Which was the only thing that worked better on the OWC hub)Overall I would buy this again, but I do kind of wish it was a bit cheaper.

I was in two minds about whether to spend £200 on a hub, i'm happy with the purchase though, i literally have one cable connected to my 2016 15" Macbook Pro.Monitor, wired keyboard, mouse, headphones all connect via the hub, its a good bit of kit, and it charges the Macbook at the same time. Very handy indeed.7/10 for value10/10 for features

I used the dock with a 16" macbook pro and have had so many issues with the dock I replaced it with the CalDigit TS3 Plus Thunderbolt 3 Dock.For those wishing to know the problems:If the Mac goes to sleep, so does the screen, as expected. When the Mac is woken the screen is not (9 times in 10).Audio inputs and outputs only randomly work; had no audio on my AOC AG271UG (works with the TS3). I have a Blackstar Unity Amp with USB interface, audio input never worked, audio output worked occasionally.Connecting a USB-C phone charging cable to the front of the dock stopped the dock charging the system and I would get USB power notification for high draw on Mac USB port, the one that is being used for charging...I spoke to Belkin several times and the best they could tell me was of the issues they were aware of, there was still no fix and they had been looking at it since September 2019!!!I was offered a replacement but still with known issues.Apple (alongside Amazon) are a well known company that use Belkin for many third party products, this dock is not on their website for sale, should tell you all you need to know.CalDigit TS3 Plus Thunderbolt 3 Dock does all the things this dock is supposed to do and so far (after a firmware update) it does.

These are expensive and I’m not sure why thunderbolt isn’t so much more than usb-c in general.This hub roughly once a day becomes completely unresponsive and needs to be disconnected and reconnected to my laptop.I wish there was a way to stop power pass through as the laptop battery is being held at 100% all the time which isn’t good for it.
