I'm no plumber
Does not mold to fill voids well. It sort of holds together and falls off as a lump. Couldn't get it to control a leak. But I'm no plumber.

A Must For Metal Roofs
I bought Kool Seal to paint on my roof and before I put it on I wanted to make sure and recover all my old seams around vents or anywhere that looks like it could leak in a few years.I bought about 20 rolls because it goes pretty quick.

Did not work as intended
This "tape" doesn't seem very sticky to me and I couldn't get it to seal my leak. If you do try the product, make sure you thoroughly clean the surface before applying.

Excellent product that can be used to seal any material. I used it to seal my hot water heater vent as it penetrated my roof: a metal to plastic transition.
