'organizer' creates chaos. really deserves 0 stars. 1 star is one too many.
I see that this product is no longer available. That is a good thing. Imagine my shock and disgust when, after filling all the little pill compartments, closing the back, and turning it over so that all the pretty, colorful lids were facing up, I realized that the pills had slid into their neighboring compartments! The sides of the compartments only go halfway down, creating openings for the pills to slide from one compartment to another when the unit is turned over or even tilted. Thus the goal of separating the compartments and organizing the pills is utterly defeated. If I set the organizer on its side, the pills all slide into the lowest compartment. The compartments are only half separated when the organizer is face down, opened up and being filled with pills. I saw that at the time, but filled the boxes anyway, like a fool. You would think a company as big and wealthy as Rite Aid could bother to test their products to see if they actually work before they sell them. But no. Apparently the original design included other parts to fully separate the compartments, but those parts, if they even exist, were not included back in China. The packaging hid the defect until I got it home. Of course I will demand a refund, and I expect Rite Aid to cheerfully issue one, but it is a crime against the consumer to even put this product on display. How typical of corporate decision-making. No one with any power in charge of quality. Let the buyer beware, because the seller couldn't care less.
