I bought this and it has loads of positive uplifting messages. It's not a very expensive book, so after enjoying it myself, I've found it to be an amazing asset at work. If someone's having a tough day, I will go to the book, think about what their issue is, flip through it, and whatever page I land on, I tear that page out and put it in their box. EVERY TIME I've done this, my coworkers will tell me "that was exactly the message I needed" in terms of whatever challenges they're facing. It is so nice to be able to lift someone's spirits in such a simple fashion.
