The shears are an excellant buy. They are very sharp and cut well.

Back when my career went down the tank due to COVID I started making masks as a way to earn some much needed income. The cheap scissors that come in the 3 pack from Costco just weren't "cutting it" (pun intended) they would get dull in just a short time. I decided to look on Amazon for a nice pair of fabric scissors and found these, the price was excellent and reviews were amazing to I hit the order button.They arrived just a few days later, I was very impressed how well made they were and all the little extras that came in the box with them. First time I used them on a multiple layer cut of fabric.......well my dreams had come true. They cut like a hot knife thru butter even on multiple layers of heavier fabric. Take the pressure off my hands and makes cutting mask sections so much quicker and easier. I've had them for a few months now, they still cut like the day I took them out of the box and I've probably made over 1000 masks since I got them.The only downside to the purchase.......there was a coupon inside the box that offered a promo for 50% off a second pair. Well, I shoulda ordered right away (but I was a little busy with enjoying the new pair and making my masks) because a couple weeks later when I tried to take advantage of that special THEY WERE SOLD OUT! No surprise but I was so disappointed. Hopefully they come back in stock soon. Don't know if the promo will still be valid. I sure hope so but these scissors are definitely worth the full price and then some.

These scissors can cut through almost anything. I have multiple pairs of denim jeans they need cut off and these did the trick.

When my mother taught me to sew, she said rule #1: never skimp on your scissors. So when I took a chance on these scissors I feared (because of the price) that I was breaking my mom’s rule. But they had good reviews, so I gave them a shot, and I’m very glad I did. First I do a lot of leather work and leather is hard on scissors. I was dawn to these because of their steel construction. This means they can rust and must be maintained with oil, but it also means the blades should hold their edge under use a little better.Out of the box the scissors were impressive. They are well constructed, easily adjustable, and comfortable. My current projects are in nylon rather than leather, but the scissors preform beautifully. Very smooth, straight cuts.I can’t speak to the longevity of the blades yet, but I can say that my previous scissors which I wore out after nearly two decades of use, cost three time the price of these scissors and cut no better out of the box. Will these scissors last 20 years? Will they hold up to resharpening when necessary? I can’t yet answer these questions, but if they don’t, I’ll still have saved enough money to buy two more pairs.If you don’t mind oiling them up (I give them a couple of drops when I oil my sewing machine) and you need a really good pair of sharp steel scissors, look no further, these are for you.

It is a nice sturdy set of scissors and works well with thicker material. They aren't the best scissors for standard materials or sewing as they leave frayed edges and just aren't as good of an option as "sewing scissors" as Fiskars Razor Edge products for example. Still they're not horrible or even bad and if you just need a good set of all purpose scissors these will fit the bill well. The package deal is nice with the seam rippers and the thread snips are excellent working better than my brand name ones.

Good I like them because they are so sharp and lite weight.

The media could not be loaded. A surgical incision from the back of the blades all the way to the tip with no skips or glitches doesn't matter what you use them for.They cut multiple layers of different materials all the way to the tip of the scissors like a hot knife through butter, and what's best for me, they cut thick leather with the same simplicity. These are fabulous. I use them every day at work. Very sturdy, compact and definitely without a flimsy feel whatsoever. I am quite sure they will stay sharp for years to come. I use them mainly for cutting different kinds of leather and they are great, it doesn't matter the type of leather or its thickness...up to 0.19 inches easily. I also had a chance to use them on several layers of foam and vinyl. Work is super easy, no pain in my hands or thumb and without even the slightest tension in my hand. High-quality scissors for such a low price, definitely the real deal! Extremely pleased with seller customer service as well!
