Love these controllers!
I love these controllers so much. Something about them feels right. Maybe even a little better than the official ones. Maybe its the smoother material, or how it feels ever so slightly bigger? I'm not sure, but I think they're on par with the original controllers. I had no issues connecting them to the console, they instantly worked. You just plug the chip, flip the power button on the controller (on the bottom) and press the analog button in the center. What I did notice is that it doesn't work for all games. I played Jaws on my PS2 but the controller didn't work at all. I thought maybe it was the disc or something since I tried everything. I had my original wired controller (albeit damaged) but I plugged it in and it worked right away. I thought I heard that some games were just like this for PS2, that you need wired/official controllers for some games for some reason. The other thing I noticed is that I don't think the controller vibrates at all. I was playing the Sims Bustin' Out, and I never knew it had a vibration setting and the setting was off by default. I turned it on and have been playing for months, but I've never once had the controller vibrate regardless of what crazy things my sims were doing. My controller did vibrate when I played Jaws, but as I mentioned earlier, I was using the official wired controller. So yeah, I don't know if it's able to vibrate, but these controllers still work great and the price is pretty good. Also the controller doesn't come with batteries, so just be aware that you need AAA batteries. If you're planning on playing your PS2 on a modern TV, I highly recommend getting an Hdmi converter. I got mind from Levelhike through Amazon. It plugs in the back and then you plug your own hdmi cable into the device. Trust me, you won't regret it. Having my PS2 upscaled on a 4k TV is stunning.

I WISH I WOULD HAVE FOUND THESE SOONER!!!!
Listen, I was skeptical, but I am a gamer and these looked cool. These controllers are great. I was skeptical because I was needing these for my old PS2 Slim, and pairing any newer idea with an older one sometimes doesn't work the best. I have my set up in my living room. The space between the TV and the seating area means that I had to stay hooked up to my console with the original controller. That also meant I sat on the floor while staring up at a 65" TV lol. Not ideal in the slightest. I popped in some rechargeable AAA batteries into these things, and they lit up like a dream...literally, the lights are so bright on them lol. After placing the connector (that's what I am calling it anyway) into the console itself, you can see the lights on the controller go to pair with the lights on the connector for it...which is helpful to let you know it's working. Also the connector on the console will begin to blink if the controller isn't connected to it from sitting idle or the batteries need replacing. Something else I was skeptical about was if there would be a delay while playing....NOT IN THE SLIGHTEST. It impressed me to say the least. It even has the vibration feature. I think it's cool that you can see the gears and things inside of it. I always wanted one of those clear landline phones, so I guess this makes up for that lol. Lastly, the buttons also have labels on them, so don't worry--the display pictures don't show that. Long story short, I love these controllers and wish I would have known about them sooner.

Long-time Gamer enjoys Wireless Controller
Great but a little difficult to get the back panel off. Have fingernails to do it, haha. If you leave it running, you gotta turn the mini switch back on at the bottom which can be annoying and if not properly synced up, the other controller will take over, but I enjoy these. One color for me, and one for my 2 daughters and others who wanna play old retro Playstation 2 games 🎮 with me for multi-player. Love how old games would let you sit in the same area rather than the current generation only being online.

The set we exchanged for works great
The first set that we bought was a 1 star—one of the connector plug-in chips didn’t work. It almost looked like the set had been used due to some scratches on the controllers. However, we were able to exchange it with no issue at all, and it arrived quickly. Our new version had no defects. We love the slightly transparent plastic that gives a cool retro feel!!

Bought 2 only 1 works
I ordered a pair of these and only 1 controller works. Thats disappointing because the color I wanted to use as my main is the one that refuses to connect. No instructions in the box so I dont even know if im syncing it at all. But I do know 1 works

Work fine just not durable
Easy to use, just feels cheap when holding. They are worth about what I paid. They charge fast and the battery lasts for a while. They’re not very durable so keep them away from kids and pets.
