I have stent and have to take blood thinner and anticoagulant drugs. The combination strips the muscles of CoQ10 so muscle aches and cramps are common. CoQ10 slow release powder and pills did not help but two of these gummies worked within an hour. FANTASTIC find for me. I can continue with physical therapy and back to biking. The quick release is great. Relief last 6 hours or so. At first I used 6 to 8 a day whenever muscles cramped. After a month I'm down to "as needed" normally one in morning and one at night. After Hard work out or ride I take one when finished - that's the benefit of quick release.

These seem very good, the gummies come in good condition, not stuck together, and taste really good. hopefully they also have the right amount of coQ10...bought again.

Please note the dosage is for 2 gummies so the quantity in the bottle is actually half. Bought these after my doctor recommended this for male reproductive health reasons. Tastes good just wish they were a higher concentration.

All the gummies were melted making them unable to use. One star for the bottle was intact!
