Q: I'll bet if you included a cheap-o plastic lid to use after the can is opened, you'd sell more?

A plastic lid to retain freshness and increase user-friendliness would be awesome! If it's quality enough you'd only need to send one or two per case, moving them from can to can as needed.

Q: What Does It Taste Like?

It is a processed cheese. It is pretty good and melts well, and tastes like a better grade of velveeta. Not a gourmet cheese but quite good for what it is.

Q: Is there an expiration date? got one today and no date on it. Hope it is still fresh and not old stock.

We bought this product by the case some time ago....maybe 10 yrs. It went rancid and we had to throw out $800 worth of no good butter. Use it immediately if purchased as it won't last forever. It was kept in a cool area. We wrote the company asking and we got no response. I assume they are having other complaints.
