I love the size. Much better than putting on the 2”x2” ones for the larger muscles. The only drawback is they obviously lose their stickiness after a couple of uses. But that’s okay, I just spray a little water on them and good to go for a few more uses. Plus, I have the tens electrode liquid extender. Definitely going to buy the bigger pack so they will last me a year

Prior to using I always clean my skin and it really helps to lengthen the number of usage applications

They work great

This product is junk. The adhesive is not sticky and does not work. Falls off almost instantly. DO NOT BUY and now Amazon is not allowing me to return. What a joke.
