Great tool
Crimps great. Many different types can be crimped, but I just needed RJ45.

Very compact crimper
I only gave it four stars because the final Cut for the blade was not very clean, I did try to adjust it, and I am going to try and sharpen the blade so it does cut cleaner, and even with a not so clean cut after the crimp, the 8 pin connectors still tested good, but did not look cleanly cut, I did pull the cable back about 1/32 of an inch so the jagged and unclean cut wires were not visible, and I am probably more picky than other people, if I am able to get cleaner cut, I will upgrade review to five stars, after changing the adjustment to cat 6A/7, I was able to get a clean cut with both cat 5 and 6, but what's going to happen with bigger cable like 6A and 7, and that's why I will stick to 4 stars.

Handy Inexpensive Tool
Used it to make some short disposable pig tail wires to connect my radar detector power cord to the detector itself. What happens is that after a good number of connect/disconnects the little plastic keeper breaks off of the RJ11 connector. To get around this problem I got a phone jack female - female connector that I plug the power cord into then plug the short 4 inch male - male pigtail I made into it (non reversing). Now when it comes time to power up the radar detector I plug the other end of the pig tail into it. This way when the keeper tab breaks off I just grab another disposable pig tail. That gets around the problem of the RJ11 connector on the end of the radar detector power cord wearing out. Note: Must be non reversing, i.e. pin 1 must go to pin 1 on the other end.

Great product
I only used it once so far but it was easy and did the trick. Looks well made for the price. The instructions were not very good on the back of the package but there are plenty of online videos that explain it very well.

Works fine
The crimp tool functions properly. It was slightly stuck upon delivery, but loosening the blade screw resolved the issue.

Tedious
Not my idea stimulating. I am gonna order some prefabricated cat6 cables now.
