The book is actually stitched! Lays nice and open. Easy to read. Thought was given to details like color coordination with images. Header page for each section with recipe name and page number is a nice touch. Starts off with Ninja praising it's products, explains how your blender works and what you can do with it and how the functions work and how to clean it. Answers FAQ Talks about Equipping your Kitchen with ingredient staples and useful kitchen gadgets. Shortcuts to making the "perfect" whatever and author breaks down how she structured the recipes to make your cooking experience even better! There is a 1 page measurement conversion table on page 193 before the index in the back of the book.

I recently bought a Ninja Foodie Hot and Cold Blender. I also am giving the blender 5 stars as it is a great blender but I did not buy it on Amazon. I purchased the blender to make whole food juices from vegetables. This is healthier than removing the fiber. I also like to make smoothies. What I did not know was that you can actually cook good healthy soups with it. This recipe book has lots of good recipes. There is everything you can imagine in that book. One of the first things I made was a good chunky chicken and vegetable soup. That was so good and was prepared completely in the blender. Who knew you could do something like that. The blender was the gadget I did not know I needed as it has several functions in addition to what I bought it for. The recipe book gives me instructions and ideas to keep going with lots of good things.

Good little book to have if you have this blender. I just wish it had more food recipes.

I found this collection of recipes, is a great guide of the minimal use of the blender to the maximum of what it can and hidden possibilities of what it will do. It is assumed in most capacities that these blenders have limits of actually cooking, but they are mistakenly wrong. In just a few minutes of browsing the recipes, I have drafted a few things I already want to try with it!!

Love this!! So many recipes and every one that we have tried so far have been fantastic!! My pictures show the Beer & Cheese Dip and the Broccoli Cheese soup.

I purchased the blender and am very pleased with the many practical recipes in this book. So many Ninja online questions about recipes. This book is the answer!

Good recipes, however didn’t realize there are different version of the Ninja soup blender/maker and mine is not referenced in the book.

I love this blender! I’ve only used it a few times but it works well and is convenient for me.
