Works really well! I want to get all the other sizes now. It’s really helped my back & with routine stretches.

My chiropractor showed me how to use it and it does exactly what he said it would do.

We got the ten inch model and my wife loves it. Works great for her… It cracks her back, massages, etc.I’m quite a bit larger than her though - 6 foot 270lbs, and have a hard time with it. I fall off quickly and can’t keep my balance. It ends up doing more harm than help.If you’re a smaller person, I would recommend. If you’re a larger person though I would suggest the “XL”. .. or the lower profile version.

I was gifted one and used it for almost 2 years. Then it cracked so I bought another and now, 6 months later, it broke the same way. Cracked. It would be better if it was more durable or had a stronger design. I won’t be buying another. There are other wheels on amazon with stronger designs. We’ll see if they are as or more effective.
