Men's Delson-Antigo Oxford

These shoes are a great addition to my feral cat rescue operation! I finally had to retire my On sneakers, because they were just plain wore out! Holes on both sides of each shoe, and since they were made with a mesh material, the last thing I needed was more holes! My feet were already getting soaked on wet weather days, and everyday, when I would come home to hose off the cat traps. So the first thing I was looking for in a replacement shoe, that they be waterproof. Check, these Sketchers are waterproof. The next thing on my requirement list, they had to be slip-on. With the hours I keep rescuing feral cats, the last thing I want to do is have to tie my shoes. And traipsing through vacant lots, full of weeds and debris, I needed a shoe that wouldn’t require me to stop and retie my shoelaces, if they came undone. Check, these shoes answer that requirement too. I would like to add, as others have mentioned, “Sketcher, you missed an oppprtunity in design, you absolutely should had put a pull tab on the top of the tongue!” You will most likely have to use your fingers to pull the tongue of the shoe into the proper position, once you slide your foot into the shoe. But for me, that’s not a deal breaker, because of all the other features I get with these shoes. Right out of the box, I did notice that the shoe felt a little stiff around my ankles, and around my Achilles. However in a few days, I’ve noticed the stiffness greatly reduced. But, I’m in these shoes everyday, so my break in period, is probably accelerated! One thing that didn’t seem to need braking in, the insole, that seemed cushy right out of the box. These shoes give me a nice comfortable step every time. But, I would caution others about the soles of these shoes! I wouldn’t really trust them on inclines or declines. They are pretty much flat on the bottom, with no “real” tread. But for my everyday use, on pretty much level ground, they are perfect! And I am thrilled at the end of my cat rescue day, to come home and hose down the traps, without getting wet feet!!!! I love that part the best, I can just stand right there and blast away with the hose. Getting all the leftover wet cat food off the traps, and still keep my feet nice and dry! While I can’t speak to the durability of these shoes, because I haven’t had them long enough to review that aspect, I can speak to my experience with these shoes. And my experience, is that these shoes were a GREAT buy for my needs. And at a price point, where I don’t mind the abuse they take rescuing feral cats! Oh, I almost forgot to mention sizing! I listened to other reviewers, and ordered a 1/2 size bigger. And I’m so glad I did!!! I normally wear a men’s 7, but I bought these shoes in a 7.5. And they fit just fine, I’m sure my normal 7 size would’ve been too tight! So, if you’re looking for a reasonably priced, waterproof, slip-on shoe, give these Sketchers a try. I’m really glad I did, and sent the Merrell Mocs I also ordered, back! I got a way more comfortable shoe, that was actually waterproof, for half the price of the Merrell Mocs!

A must for carpet cleaners. Before this husband would have wet feet for 8 hours a day. Now his feet are dry and compfortable. A god send.

These have proven to be a quality shoe that provides me good support and cushioning for my lousy aging feet. As others have stated though it has the design flaw of being difficult to get on even using a shoe horn. I didnt want the new slip in type so I opted for these. I'd had a prior pair of very similar design and structure. The flaw is the tongue. Its not attached at the top so it rides down into the shoe as you try and get your foot in. Aside from that Id still order it again.

So got my Skechers from Amazon on Prime Day. Nice pair of shoes, feel very comfortable. Good for leisure or short distance walking. I am giving Delivery from Amazon a very poor— 1 star. Very disgusted by delivery. Driver could have used call box to speak to me, ( intercom)—or brought package to my apartment—or spoke with me on intercom and said box is in mail room. He/she did nothing. The app did not work either—I kept checking every 30 minutes—app never informed me of delivery. Package sat in mail room for 2 hours. The thieves and thugs must of walk by it plenty. Finally, a kind tenant, who knows me brought box to my apartment, I have disability and they helped me out. To Amazon: Deliveries should be correct all the time, in my case items get delivered to me correctly maybe 80 % of the time without stressing me out. I am fed up with Amazon, in 2025 I need to seriously find another business to buy online items. Teach your drivers how to follow instructions. Why did the APP malfunction? On top of all of this—I had to return one of the two items I bought yesterday due to damage. So this is how you treat Prime Day customers!!

These have been excellent shows for my office work. They are comfortable and durable and wear.much like a slip on tennis shoe. They are tight to start with but do relax over time. I will buy again

I see other reviewers have had the same problem with this model as I do, rubbing against the ankles, left one in my case. Seems like the material used to make the back of the shoe easy to slip into is too firm, while the shoe is a little sloppy otherwise with no- tie laces. They're good-looking shoes, like the brown color and the waterproof feature, and hoped to take them with me on an upcoming trip. Now I see I can't, they're too uncomfortable for long range walking or hiking. Wanted to try this slip on type, but don't like it, will get the real shoe laces next time. This is my true size, 10.5, but somewhat disappointing. You'd think Sketchers would like, sort of, you know....TEST their new shoes to make sure they're comfortable before they send them out.. I've got four pair of Sketchers, so I basically like them, but not so much this shoe. Maybe they're coming out with too many types to please everybody. The price is still pretty good.

Got these for my husband, and he loves them. We got a second pair, so he has one in brown and one in black. Tested them on our trip to the UK, and they proved comfortable and waterproof. We walked in rain, Roman ruins, wet grassy botanical gardens, cobblestone streets. They kept his feet warm and dry. Would highly recommend them. We had purchased another brand that looked similar (can't remember which), but they hurt his feet. These ones from Sketchers had a much better construction and cushy insole. Would highly recommend.

Super comfortable. Size true to chart. Quality waterproof shoe, easy to walk in all day, that’s also a dress shoe. Perfect.

De schoenen zitten prima. Zijn heel licht, maar toch stevig. Zien er heel netjes/gekleed uit. Ik had alleen verwacht dat er veters in zaten; dit bleek een soort elastiek te zijn. Een nadeel daarvan is dat als je de schoenen aandoet de zgn. tongue opschuift en dan onder het elastiek komt te zitten. Dat moet er dan weer onderuit gepeuterd worden.
