Works perfect in my non media nav Captur
I bought this a few months back but never wrote a review. I thought after reading some on here they might be off putting to people so decided to give my experience. My original radio is the first picture. It was horrible and as soon as any light hit it I couldn't read the screen so decided to buy an android radio. When I first got the radio I went to put it in the car and noticed that the radio was far too big for the surround that holds it in place. I wasn't happy about this but decided that I could cut away at the plastic part as it has no functionality and would make no difference and it's hidden by the surround of the entire radio.I had no previous media nav system in the car just the plain standard radio but my GPS/Sat Nav works flawlessly, I didn't have to change any wiring around it was all plug and play and my reverse camera is working perfect.

Beware if your car is not already fitted with Media Nav the wiring might not correct to this unit.
Underneath is the review I made after I just received and tried to fit the stereo and an update a few days later. I spent days trying to make the unit see the reversing camera. Sent countless emails to Joyx technical and to be honest they answered pretty quickly.Besides the microphone volume and the auto camera start up in reverse most of the problems I have sorted out myself. I deal with electronics and wiring every day in my job, but as this was supposed to be plug and play I never investigated this further till yesterday 31/5/20 and realised that the harness supplied with the stereo was connecting to non existent wiring in the car itself. Further investigation revealed that the wiring from this stereo would only connect in Renault or Dacia vehicles that already had the Media Nav fitted. It appears that Dacia and Renault didn't bother to fit the extra wires if you only had the basic or bluetooth stereo fitted. So mystery solved, the canbus attachment sent with stereo does not function properly without these connections. Therefore the stereo does not know the handbrake is on, that the vehicle is in reverse and only half of the steering wheel controls work.It looks like Joyx are going to want to have the unit back, I don't know if they mean to modify it or just refund my money? In theory I could cut into the loom and make it work but I don't want to do this with a new unit and I could not then return it if it didn't work. It's a pity because it fits in the car really nicely and with the right launcher software it looks good. This review is not so much a criticism of the unit or Joyx who have tried to sort me out but more of a warning that the description of the stereo is misleading, it is not a direct plug and play in ALL the Renault or Dacia's in the list.I have left the original reviews underneath (with edits) so you can see the sort of problems you can get when fitting and using these stereos.25/5/20Pros.It connects to the internet and is AndroidThe GPS module works wellThe amplifier isn't too bad, although lacking in definition. Probably be able to fix this with a decent set of speakers.Had no real problem connecting my phone by bluetooth and downloading the phone book onto the unit.ConsI expected that the first boot up would be slow because it had to set itself up and would speed up after the initial start but no, it's really slow at booting up every time (Even slower than the Media Nav in my Renault works van). I thought there was something wrong and it was disconnecting from the car when switched off but it remembers the settings so there must be some power somewhere The original radio could run for a time of about fifteen minutes when you pressed the on button without the ignition on but this won't run unless you turn the key to the first position so what's the point of the on off button on the front? The launcher screens must have been designed by a child, very toytown. All three have very limited settings so you're stuck with them. (Joyx did send me a video of how to get into the factory settings)Even though the unit is sold as one that works in a Dacia Duster there is no Logo for Dacia but lots for random cars probably sold in Asia and the states. Nearest I could find was Renault. The unit is supposed to allow the steering wheel controls to work the on screen apps through the can bus. Volume up and down works. The phone button turns on the phone screen and that's about it, you have to make the call and hang up on the screen, pointless when driving. Also with either the onboard mike or the free outboard one plugged into the unit, no-one can hear you, just a faint voice in the background. The person on the other end comes booming through the speakers though. The free reversing camera doesn't work. Even though the din sockets and canbus are connected, the unit doesn't recognise when the cars in reverse. I spent hours dismantling the rear light cluster to make sure the power wires for the camera were connected to the reversing lights. I'm so glad I didn't actually feed the camera cable around the car but only threw it over the seats to check it.The IGO mapping software defaults to Israel for some reason and gives a blank screen when you put a UK address in it and try to use it. I have the same software on my motorcycle GPS so I know how to use it. I put Sygic on the unit because I have already got lifetime maps but am not able to replace the onscreen Nav button which always defaults to this half configured IGO software (solved this)In summary, this unit is not set up right for the car it is supposed to work with. It acts like a Android six phone of years ago, I can't believe it is Android 10. If it is it must be a really cut down version, I have been using Android on tablets and phones for about ten years now and I could not get it to work properly. It has very limited user settings which is a pity because it could work well. It is advertised as an Octa core 1.8ghz with 2G ram and 32G rom and I checked in the useless setting screen which does say it is. This really should be enough for the limited amount of apps you would want to run but there is something wrong with the operating system, it is almost impossible to configure. (Have now checked this with CPU Z app, It is Android 10 but it has a T3 Octa core Cortex-A7 CPU 1.2 GHz. Not T8 1.8GHz)Update 29/5/20.Ironically I can put the date in the European format here but there is no way you can change from month day year on the stereo itself. Still a small problem compared to the others.I must apologise to Joyx they did contact me and gave me some solutions, I tweaked a few things of my own accord and put different software on. But I still can't get the screen to change to the reversing camera which is the most annoying thing. Looking at YouTube videos, every Android head unit does it automatically but I think there is something wrong with canbus set up on mine. The other problems are minor and I can live with them but Joyx asked for me to send them details of my order number and vehicle and I did. That was two days ago and I have not heard from them since. This is why I am adding to my review in the hope that they will contact me with a solution.I really like the look of the stereo and want it to work, I would love to change this review to one which was more positive but I am fed up with my dashboard in bits and it looks like I will have to return it.

Connections ok but.
Fitted to a Renault Captur to replace Media Nav and apart from needing an adapter cable to use existing GPS wiring plugs supplied fit and steering controls work. Also had to cut parts of dash and tray to get it all the way in and a bit of a struggle to get wiring and boxes to fit in behind so not a straight swop.

Worst experience ever
In all my years on Amazon and hundreds of products purchased, I have to say this is my worst experience. The stereo was faulty (more than one issue) and the manufacturer refused to help me because I bought it from Amazon and not them directly, Amazon’s tech support team were also useless.

The media could not be loaded.
