Gamecraft Floor Marking Tape

This tape is good, but there are a few things about it that one should be aware of before purchasing. When putting the tape down, there is a lot of stretch in the tape, so be careful to not cut it off too short or you'll end up with a gap. Once down, it holds up fairly well, although if you are in a heavily used area, there may be some ripping or marring (I have used mine in a classroom, for example, and this tape does not hold up children moving chairs over it). It looks very nice on the floor, with just the right amount of shine. It holds up to sweeping and mopping well. I have not yet tried to pull it up, so I can't speak to that.UPDATE: At the end of the school year I had some students help me pull up the tape. I am happy to report that it comes up easily and, for the most part, in one piece (if you pull slowly - don't just yank it up). I will definitely be buying more of this for next school year, and this time I am planning to get 4 different colors to color code for different classes!

I used this to keep my classroom desks lined up. The first time, the lines stayed perfectly for weeks. This year, they were coming off by the third day of school. If you use this on carpet, you have to be careful to not stretch it as you put it down and you have to really press it down and re press it down later. I don't think there's better anything out there that removes this cleanly and for the price. I also like the texture of the tape for some things. It's handy to have around. It's great for labeling because it sticks to almost everything and sharpie works well on it also.

Very high quality tape. Easy to apply, easy to remove, and left no residue at all. Applied it to some bowling lanes for entry angle measurements. The tape survived several passes by the lane stripping/oiling machine and hundreds of shots with no wear or damage at all.Only drawback is that the paper label stuck firmly to the goo on the side of the tape rolls, and removal was tedious. Label should be printed on plastic rather than paper to facilitate removal.

Used the roll I received in my classroom. It didn't peel up too easily (put some right inside the door to test and that stayed put till I pulled it up many months later; some where desks' legs and students' shoes were likely to rub back and forth *did* peel up, but only gradually/eventually). When I went to remove it at the end of the year it easily peeled up without leaving any obvious residue or marks.

Great and reposition able on solid surfaces. I use it in my classroom on bins, table tops, and cubbies. Allows me to personalize spaces. Would not suggest use on paper-covered surfaces like drywall and plaster. Sticks to gloss covered cinder block walls too.

I purchased this to make a drift course for my r/c drift car in my garage. I swept the floor and laid out the track with the tape. After I was done I took a shop rag and went over all of the tape lines to ensure that it would adhere properly. This tape has been on the floor for 2 months and it has not pealed up as of yet. Not to mention the garage floor is not the cleanest of places to lay the tape. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone...

I was using duct tape on the floors of my classroom before realizing that duct tape destroys the carpeting. I bought this, thinking it would basically do the same thing. Well...This stuck to the floor OK, but not great. I use it in my classroom, and while it stuck, it also moved around a lot when my students would move. Perhaps a video tutorial or a FAQ sheet or something to help the consumer better use it and help us to not use so much darn tape (having to replace all the pieces once a week or so)

Love this stuff! I use it for marking where chairs go when we move them to make room for an activity in the church sanctuary. One little square where the front leg of the first chair in each row goes. Chose a color that blends in well so the squares have stayed for 2 months. The tape sticks very well and leaves no residue.

It was very simple to use on our court. Our court is outdoor and has much use and exposed to the elements. We have had to re-tape after several months. I would buy it again.

This is really only indoor tape but durable at that! Gets very sticky in the heat of Mexico.

Sticks on floor very good and wears well with traffic on tape.

Works well easy to use. Make sure surface is clean and dry. We've had to touch up some areas.
