Fresh Ice Cream stays fresh!
I ordered the Cuisinart ice cream machine, being widowed a 1.5qrt of ice cream is too much for me. These containers are perfect. I bought the upright round containers because they took up less space in my freezer. They clean up so easily. Since there is a blue and red lid I can distinguish between the flavors of ice cream. Easily fits into my freezer, keeps ice cream perfect without any “plastic flavoring” or freezer burn. Ice cream stays as fresh as when you first make it. Lids come off easily without pulling and tugging.

Feels sturdy, seals well
I'm on my first round of use for these ice cream containers. They feel sturdy. The container walls are thick enough that I've had no trouble with the ice cream touching the outer walls melting while I dish out a serving. The tops stay flexible even after sitting in the freezer so they come off nicely without worry that they'll break.

I scream You scream We all scream for Ice cream
The size is good for a family of 2. But you’ll need more than one if want to eat ice cream directly from the container to discourage others from eating it. 😜

Cool Storage for Homemade Treats: LIN Ice Cream Containers 🍦
Diving into the world of homemade ice cream, I've found a reliable ally in the LIN Ice Cream Containers. This 4-pack of 1-quart, round storage tubs has significantly upgraded my freezing game, keeping my sweet creations nicely tucked away in the freezer. These containers are a delight, offering just the right capacity for enthusiasts like me who find joy in experimenting with flavors ranging from the comforting classic vanilla to the exotic zing of mango chili. Their reusable nature aligns perfectly with my eco-friendly mindset, making them a guilt-free choice for storing batch after batch of frozen goodness. However, no hero is without a flaw. The containers' lids, while generally snug, have a tendency to slide off if not properly secured, especially when the tubs are filled to the brim. To navigate this, I've adopted a simple strategy: leaving a little space at the top. This not only prevents the lids from sliding off but also spares my creations from the dread of freezer burn. For added protection, I cover the ice cream surface with cling film and sometimes nestle the tub inside a plastic bag. Despite this minor hiccup, my satisfaction remains high. These containers have become indispensable in my kitchen, so much so that I'm considering expanding my collection to ensure there's always room for more homemade ice cream. Would I recommend it? Absolutely! If you're diving into homemade ice cream, the LIN Ice Cream Containers are a solid choice. Just remember to leave a little room at the top and secure the lid properly to keep your ice cream in peak condition. Happy churning!

home made ice cream storage ... and more
Okay, so I bought one set of these to store my home made ice cream. They work just fine for this design task. However, since I make a lot of homemade soups I decided to use them for storing those in the refrigerator. They work great for this task, also. The size is great for one dinner worth of soup. I clean them in the dishwasher. The lids tend to get a film in the dishwasher so I started washing those by hand.

Excellent ice cream containers
Love these for storing home made ice cream. They clean easy and the silicone lid is easy to put on and take off even with a little ice build up. They aren't insulated so don't expect them to keep the heat out for long if you leave it on the counter but I don't think that detracts from the container in normal use.
