. I suffer From awful awful periods and pms! Anyways after a month of actually taking this orally under my tongue I noticed immediate changes! First off my cycle changed from 24 days (which had not been normal for me) to 34 days! I never cried or got drowsy or tried to kill my husband lol! And my periods lasted 3-4 days instead of 7! Total game changer for me! I found That it also helps with my mood in general. This might be to much info but I also became very regular with my “bathroom trips” which is something else I struggle with. My skin quit breaking out and is bright and clear! Anyways it balanced me out completely....to well because I got pregnant easily lol.

Received oil quickly and well packaged. I use 2 drops with my moisturizer/sunscreen in the daytime. My oily breakout prone skin has not had any bad reaction to the oil after a week of consistent use. The oil has a pleasant lemony smell. I chose Plant Therapy oils because they seemed to offer a good quality oil at a reasonable price. If I could afford the best, I would get it. But I can't, so I think that Plant Therapy offers a good middle of the road choice for the 99% who are not buzzillionaires. And middle of the road does not mean bad quality. I think it means less focus on the packaging/marketing and more focus on the product/customer. I gave a 4 star rating because very few things on this earth rate 5 star for me. And regarding paid reviews. As far as I'm concerned, a paid review is NOT a valid review. As of right now, I would probably buy oils from Plant Therapy again.

Frankincense is quickly becoming my go to, and this one did not disappoint. One of my favorite uses is mixing the frankincense with Epsom salt in a bath. I have had lyme 3x now and it is so helpful to detox, reduce swelling, and afterward I feel more like myself again. The bullseye from one if the the tick bites actually appeared during a soak when I wasn't feeling well. I had already been watching the spot so I knew it hadn't been there prior. I also rub this on my daughter's back when her muscles get sore and it helps her immensely, and it reduced swelling in my son's neck after his t&a and dropped his high fever to manageable when ibuprofen/tylenol weren't cutting it. (All under doc supervision) Almost needless to say, I'm very pleased with this frankincense!

I have used Frankincense carteri and serrata in several brand names. This is a good one.

I'm a fan. Amazon sent the wrong frankincense at first (they quickly sent me a new one at no charge). Choose the frankincense you want based on benefits, or based on smell. The frankincense carterii is apparently good for grief or skin problems (it's a more complex and centering smell, if that makes sense). Frankincense serrata (also available on Amazon from the same brand) smells more like a pine forest (citrusy or pine-like) and is very refreshing for homemade cleaning mix or if you need a nice clean smell in your kitchen after leaving the trash or dishes too long. If you want a true pine smell, buy a pine based essential oil - just trying to capture a smell as best I can.
