Looks like its been tossed around and abused quite a bit before it arrived. Box wasn't destroyed or anything, but the product inside definitely had scuff marks all over. It did everything advertised and for the price, so I'm not too concerned it has a few scuffs. Just make sure to rub it down with alcohol or something before using it.

We ordered this product - twice. The first one arrived in a package that looked suspiciously as if it had been opened before. The cord was haphazardly wound and the iron itself was all scratched. We returned that one and got a replacement. While the packaging of the second item was better, the unit did not work. One side heated while the other did not. We returned that one and requested a refund.

Misleading reviews. Forces users to only list for two categories the company knows they will excel in: lightweight and travel friendly. HOWEVER I GIVE THEM A ONE. Here’s why: 1. USED USED USED!!! Not even cleaned and repackaged for the next buyer and sold as new. Not repackaged to even look new. Chipped paint. Peeling stickers near the electronic reader. Dirt in every crevice imaginable. Even the INSIDE PACKAGING was covered with dirt. As someone who has worked in a factory, specifically as a QA, this was disgusting. ONE STAR. :(( wanted to like it. Will buy again from a different company. I don’t want a replacement from a company who lies about their product this brashly or at all.
