JSP Force10 Typhoon Full Facemaskmedium (BPB003-004-000)

This is the gold standard of respirator. Having used this for a recent project insulating a crawl space, it has redefined how safe I feel in an incredibly dusty, cramped environment with lots of damaging fibres in the air. The fit is fantastic, the adjustments are easy and it's very simple to clean. The filters have a handy push to test the fit function which blocks air passage through them to see if you have any air that can find it's way through the face seal. If not, then you're ready to go. The Seal is fantastic. Value for money is medium, the filters are a bit pricey but the improvement in overall experience working with respirators makes it worth it. Absolutely no steaming up after two straight days wearing them for 8+ hours each day.

This is a great bit of comfortable and practical safety kit for anyone who deals with duties that create dust (of any sort)! We've just used our masks this weekend while working with an arborist on some very overgrown fir trees... and nobody wound up coughing, sneezing or sniffling, the way would usually happen when stirring up dust from within the trees and creating fine sawdust. Whether needing these professionally (e.g. crawling around someone's loft!) or for DIY, these masks are a very worthwhile investment in your own health and safety.

Works as intended

I bought this so that I could spend some time in the loft pulling the insulation that was blocking the soffits. This (along with the filters) made it super easy on the lungs etc and was not uncomfortable and didn’t steam up. It’s important to get a good fit with all the straps first

I bought 2. Arrived weeks late and, it seems, supplied without filters. Makes it waaay overpriced. I needed one quickly and bought a lesser-model JSP from another supplier which was much cheaper and came with filters! Who wants to but a mask without filters. Rip-off.

Need to push in the press to check filters very hard...it does fit.

Good protection for both sight and breathing

For £60 I was surprised with how good this mask actually is. There is a wide field of view with no distortion, when fitted with filters the visor does not steam up even after prolonged use, the fit is very comfortable and it has a good easy to adjust harness. I honestly haven't found a single negative with this product and would well recommend it.
