Exactly what I was looking for. They are definitely non stick and they wash up well. Arrived the next day. Good value for money. Would recommend and buy again.

I heated the oven to 180 °C and slid a baking sheet loaded with biscuits into place. None stuck or required lifting with knives; cookies lifted cleanly when ready. The rimmed edges prevented butter drips from seeping onto the rack below. After baking, I ran the pan under warm water and watched crumbs slide off the non‑stick surface without scrubbing. A quick hand‑wash and towel‑dry readied it for the next batch within moments. The medium and large sizes covered more oven capacity than my old pans, helping me batch‑bake treats in one go. Metals felt solid under fingertips instead of flimsy tin. Over repeated cycles no warping appeared at high heat. I dried trays upright in my cupboard without effort. Whether roasting vegetables or browning pastries, heat distribution felt even rather than patchy. Having heavyweight, durable pans that release food without grease has made home baking far less of a chore.

Great oven trays and so easy to clean after use. Unfortunately the larger tray is too big for my oven but that's my fault for not checking the measurements. Will be ordering more from this brand.
