Perfect for anyone wanting simple, quality guidance for home floor exercises.
Just what I needed! I am a retired nurse trying to be kind to my body, finally. I use these cards daily and take 4 exercises from the deck and do them as instructed. I love the sturdiness of the cards, the layout and the great variety. It makes my new habit one to keep and improved upon. Thanks!

Small makes these body weight resistance cards easy to travel with.
Easy to use workout cards. Picture of workout position and instructions are simple to follow.A good little motivator offering some easy and some more challenging exercises. All the exercises use your own body weight as resistance so it's great for beginners and those that want a quick workout while traveling.I'd definitely buy as a gift. Cars come in a sturdy box about the size of a deck of cards.

This will get me started
I want to start doing body weight exercises, but wanted an easy way to get into it. This looks like it will help. Nice cards, printed well, sturdy and with a couple ways to see videos if you need help knowing how to do the exercises. I did notice seems like there are more exercises for the lower body than for the upper body, although I know larger muscle groups will make more of a difference. I have a Pinterest board with lots of exercises, but out of site out of mind. I think these cards will ease me into the habit gently.

For kids and Adults
POSITIVES: the case is very sturdy. Closes shut nicely. The box has a nice design to it. The kids I have, ages 0-12, are attracted to it, but the oldest 2 get it to try it out. My husband thinks is easy to use and create your own routine. The kids can all join him in selecting cards and doing them together. Cards are printed on good paper too.NEGATIVES: We’ve had them for a bit. Now, for toddlers, it’s an easy mess waiting to happen so keep them up high, but not away from sight as you’ll easily forget them since it’s a very compact box. Otherwise, no downsides to this at all.Great overall!

Great options and ideas
I have used this with the swim team for dryland. Kids have great pictures to help and a scan option as well.

Bought as a gift
I purchased this as a gift for someone who regularly meets up with friends to workout. They occasionally take turns running the workout and I thought this might help him plan when it was his turn. He appreciated how easy it is to come up with a program using the cards, and the variety of exercises included. The cards on on good quality stock and should last a long time.
