Just purchased this for arthritic fingers and shoulder. First of all it was hard to switch on with my fingers. The instructions of how to use it are not that easy to follow and when I did manage to get it on, the discharge indicator wasn't working. Have had to research which pressure points to use for my particular needs and when I tried to register the device and get more information, the website isn't open. Am quite disappointed as other reviews are quite positive. I'm going to continue to try and use it properly and see if I get any benefits as the acoustic tone did change when I was using it.

This replaced a previous model of the same make, which had become broken. Works fine.

Looks a bit plasticky but ignore that because it's a good bit of kit. I suffer with de quervain syndrome in both thumbs and although there is no specific guidelines for this I still had a go and it has helped immensely with the pain. Its unfortunate that the website is currently unavailable, as you are supposed to be able to get advice and help there, but I did email the company and got a reply quickly with some good tips. Buy a good book on acupressure as this will help you to find the relevant pressure points. Pleased that I went for this one over all the similar products out there as there is no changing of heads for different treatments and it is very easy to use

Be prepared to spend some time getting to know how to use the product. I'm quite amazed by it and use it primarily for meridian tracing.
