The kit is nice to have on hand - brand new saline and brand new suction bulb to prevent spread of germs. The bulb has a removable tip for ease of cleaning. I run these through the dishwasher to sanitize without any problems. The tip is thin, and I've found it works great with a very thin mucous/ runny nose. I sometimes feel like it's not as good for thicker congestion and a more traditional nasal aspirator works better. The tip is advertised as soft and flexible, but i feel like it's more a medium as opposed to soft plastic - can still be irritating to little noses, so be careful!

BUYER BEWARE--SELLER SENDING OUT OLD PRODUCT!
Be VERY wary when purchasing this product! We bought it June 2019, and it expired September 2019!!!!! I just realized it today (Dec 2019)! Luckily my 6 mo. old son has not been sick so far, or else I might've put an expired product in his body! If you choose to buy this product, please buy it from a reputable source!!!!

Drops great, aspirator bad
While the aspirator is a great size and easily fits in my baby's tiny nostrils, I never got it to suck out much of anything... even things I could see. The drops are great though, so I use them with the Nosefrida. Works like a charm.

I use this one for my 14 months baby to cleans her nose when she got runny nose. And it works. My baby has often felt better.
