I love this product. The taste is nice and the color is very vibrant.The powder does clump up easily and the does have small chunks of the pitaya seeds. It is does not have a silky smooth consistency.But, that is ok with me. I mix it into milk for my matcha lattes and the result is beautiful.I would recommend this and would re purchase.

This stuff is great for my smoothies. I have NEVER been able to find a red pitaya in the stores...and the white ones taste terrible, while the golden ones are delicious, but only available for a very short time in the winter season. So, I decided to purchase this powder in hopes that it would be delicious like the golden pitaya and it's wonderful. Two tablespoons in the smoothie makes it so delicious! I will continue adding this now as a regular staple!

This would be a near perfect product. IF it didn’t clump up and get hard inside the sealed bag. Once you open it and use it, moisture still gets in the bag, and it becomes hard as a rock and therefore unusable. I definitely recommend transferring it into an airtight sealed glass or stainless steel container as soon as you open it if you want to preserve its powdery texture. Then you’ll be good to go. (If you’ve ever had brown sugar get hard as a rock on you, it’s the same scenario. Just put it in an airtight container.)

The product I received was hard… not sure if it was in the correct conditions before shipping. Almost appear to have gotten wet somehow as the powder was hard inside the unopened package… I purchase these quite often and is very disappointed.. possibly have to look for another brand due to this because I’m unsure what to expect next time ( they really should replace my purchase) I have customers I value so I need good product.

I bought this pitaya powder in April 2023 and have used it maybe twice since then. When I first received the product, it was a beautiful fine powder that added a vibrant pink color to a glaze for a cake. Today I opened it and found one hard, sticky clump of unusable product. I’m certain no moisture got into the bag and I’ve kept it in a cool, dark, dry place as instructed on the packaging. Being out $15 for something that I purchased only four months ago and that I should have been able to use until the July 2024 expiration date is so frustrating; I won’t buy this brand again.

Everything flavor, mixes well, consistency is perfect I blend it with cream iced in the morning or toss it in a protein shake for breakfast! Seeds get stuck in teeth though wish it was seedless unless they serve a nutritious purpose. I’ll be buying again even still! Super fresh too, going to try others now that this was a good one!
