Oshang Flat Mop and Bucket

I used to be old-school when cleaning hardwood floors and old kitchen vinyl floors. I'd get down and take a cloth rag and go to town breaking my back while at it. Well, this mop helped solve a lot of issues with that. Finished cleaning the entire house floors within 30 minutes, whereas the old rag method took me more than an hour. Water was dirty as hell after cleaning the vinyl floors with Pinesol, and I just cleaned it a couple weeks ago - and we don't wear shoes in the house. It shows how well this cleans up the floor. It wrings out the liquid pretty well, too. Some reviewers were questioning why you would reuse the dirty water to clean the floor. In my opinion, that's how all mops work - you stick it in the same bucket and slap the wet mop on the floor (the old mop designs, anyway...). The best thing to do is to use cleaning fluid mix to ensure that the water is sanitized as you're cleaning. The best part is that this sucker gets rid of the excess fluid and keeps the mop appropriately damp. Simple. And at the end, throw the microfiber mop into the washer and clean it. This thing is also super useful for bathroom walls (it tends to get damp and moldy due to excess moisture), and windows. I never thought I'd be excited cleaning. One small concern about the design - its all plastic. The wringer is made of plastic, and I'm not sure if those come replaceable. Not that it's flimsy, but after years of long and hard use on a high friction / high contact area, I wonder if it will last. The pole connectors are screwed in with plastic threading. It feels sturdy, but I wonder how long that would last as well. But with the cost of it, the ease of use, and how easy it is to clean with this thing, I think it's well worth it. It's super light, and super easy to use.

I have tried many different mop systems,read a lot of reviews on this one and did a lot of research over months before finally purchasing. Boy I never thought I would get excited to mop dry or wet 🙌. Does amazing. job on walls and doors also. I love the sturdiness and height of the mop handle and it's swivel action... So much easier on my bad back. Love the bucket too it's not too big that is so heavy I cannot pick it up to move to another area or to empty it when done. I purchased the one with 4 pads and almost ordered extra pads thinking my house is so large it would take at least that many to finish,and to my surprise I could do the entire house with just one pad due to the bucket and it's amazing ability to clean the pad for the next pass. I do change the water out for certain rooms and I also do use a separate pad and just water and alcohol or little vinegar for my front entry area black mirror tile ( to prevent streaking) and often just use a dry pad to pick up dog hair on that black tile and it does and amazing job at that. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about this amazing mop. Just buy it ❣️ everyone I know that has floor that would need this type of mop is getting one for Christmas this year 😁. Update , the little tabs on the end of the pads that attach to the mop head the seams and material tear loose after only a few uses. So I am going to have to buy some material and repair them my self. Would be nice if they upgraded this area otherwise love this thing .

The bucket is good quality and sturdy. Also you can store everything inside when you’re done which helps with clutter. The mop handle bends slightly when force/pressure is applied because it is separated into about 4 pieces and hollow (You will experience this with solid lightweight handles also including shovels, rakes, painting sticks, etc if force or pressure is applied). It was very easy to put together and take apart. I had no leaks (only used once). I did have to take the top lid off to empty and clean the bucket because of the dirt at the bottom (it picked up a lot of dirt). Other than that I vacuumed first then cleaned my living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway from the front door and it picked up a lot of dirt that the swiffer wet jet pushed around. I would say from an overall perspective this was a great purchase. Will update if anything changes.

So far this is my favorite mop. I switched to this mop after years of using a sponge mop(gross, I know). I love that you can just throw the mop head in the laundry. I usually wash it on normal cycle (warm water) and tumble dry medium heat. I have washed it maybe 6 times so far and it has washed up well. The bucket is easy to use, I really like the "dry" feature to help get the extra water out, and it's not too heavy to move around the house. 60% of my house is tile and laminate and this mop makes cleaning the house a breeze. The head swivels nicely to get into all the odd spaces, like behind the toilet. There is one tiny thing I found annoying at first, but the more I use it the more I adjust. You have to put the mop head parallel to the pole in order to rinse and there is a particular way that it needs to go. Slightly annoying when your just trying to quickly mop, you are not 100% paying attention and trying to make the mop head click into place the wrong way. Overall I love this mop and highly recommend it! P.S. I have also used the Bona Spray Mop and I am not impressed. It is used 5 days a week on a preschool vinyl floor, we have had it for about 3 months. It is suddenly leaking and the leak has caused the velcro to come off the bottom where the mop pad connects. I am working to find a way to fix it, but I can say I wouldn't have this problem with this mop.

Great mop, highly recommend! Easy to use, easy to clean. I bought this for my mum after she kept commenting on how good my (nearly identical) mop is that I bought 18 months ago. The only difference is that my mop only cost AU$59. This mop was double the price for the same thing.

I first hesitated to buy but after a few uses I totally love this bucket and mop combo.it's so easy to use and entirely hands free. It comes with 3 spare replacement cloths as well. Love it!
