This is my go-to remedy if I feel a cold coming on, and it always works for me. This is a better price than I've found in stores.

Arrived unsealed and leaking throughout the box. Cannot be returned. Did not use it for fear of tampering and contamination. It was an expensive product which should have been inspected and packed much better before shipping. I am disappointed, and I won’t buy it again.
