Hisense I6433C 60cm Induction Hob with Touch Control and Bridge Zone - Black

A replacement for one that failed after 10 years. This one had added functionality, different sized hobs, boost and better timer and level controls. I would suggest all sellers should have a video on the net to demonstrate their particular usage. I was lucky enough to find such a consumer video of this one which explained things far better than the few words of explanation in the on-line catalogue or even the often awkwardly translated manual. It was that video that convinced me that the level and timer controls were better than the slider type I had originally targeted.

We bought a new home and our hob was halogen and already installed, we had extra wiring put in to allow us to have a induction hob.We saw the Hisense induction hob advertised on Amazon and the product was exactly what we were looking for, it does exactly as it said. It’s a pleasure to cook with.

Happy with the hob once fitted it works really well but the instructions on how to fit were not great.

This is a quality product. Heats well, controllable and easy to clean.You will need to get it wired in and it doesn't come with electrical cable attached.

The media could not be loaded. Junk. We bought this and a Hisense oven. We have had a full refund on the oven but that was from AO.com, whereas this seller is very different and so we are taking legal action, which I am 100% confident we will win ( probably in a couple of years from now) . Hisense is not a manufacturer that you should ever consider, their products seem to be unfit for purpose in my experience.5

broke down in three months and three months later we are still trying to exercise our warranty rights.Sent on wild goose chase by a number of people and then the number we have ended up with is permanently engaged

Bought 14/02/2021, stopped working 10/11/22. Called Warranty centre and arranged repairer on 10/11/22. This appointment was cancelled, rescheduled for 25/11/22. (No hob for 3 weeks). Replaced broken unit. No charge.1st April 2023 exactly same fault, back hob stopped working then front. Rang and told out of Warranty and call out charge £169.00 but, if the couldn’t repair it, £50 would be refunded!!!! And I would be left with a useless hob that has now cost over £400. Do not touch this company.
