24in Pie Cut Polymer Lazy Susan Set Almond

We had a lazy susan that had shattered because someone decided to use it as a step. This one was the same brand as our current lazy susan so I hoped it would be an easy replacement. Item arrived 3 days early. It was a little more complicated than I thought it would be because the pieces have changed over time but it went in fairly easily with a couple of new holes in the cabinet door and doesn't rub or drag anywhere. I did use a level to make sure that the center pole was straight and I did not initially account for the weight of the door so I had to move the holes down a little so that the door did not hit but it fits perfectly.

Measuring size to replace our existing lazy Susan was the same 24 inch. However, it hits the back edge of the cupboard so it will not circle all the way around. It comes with a template and my husband is very handy--builds construction, and he found the template horrible. So it does not fit well. But it is built of solid material and looks great. They could improve the template for installation and maybe offer an online video.

This product is from Woodworker's Hardware and is not as described. The lazy-susan is of poor quality, lacks sensible instructions, and is a flimsy product not suitable for what it is intended for. Woodworker's Hardware quickly accepted the return of the product but would not take care of return postage; a policy they hold to unless they ship the wrong item. Broken items, wrong size, wrong color, and all together poor quality items are the responsibility of the purchaser. Beware....buy through Amazon only!

Poor directions but once you figure them out it works well and looks good too. Quality an workmanship is fair for the price.

The instructions for this were very poor, and the diagrams were not good. The instructions assumed the unit was already assembled, and they had confusing sections showing how to disassemble the unit, but it comes in the box disassembled already.As another reviewer already said it is very hard to adjust this unit. I found any side to side adjustment was impractical. You would have to disassemble the entire unit and move the holding screws.

exact measurements of original but still hits inside or outside cannot seem to get clearance just right got to adjust inside of cabinets

Good and sturdy. Only gripe is stuff like this requires so many adjustments to get a good fit. So have patience and be okay with not having perfection

The instructions on installation could have been easier to understand. The reviews on this product were not accurate on time it took to install.
