Works perfectly!
I needed something that would keep my right nostril open when I lay on my left side in bed. I was using nasal strips, and they work well, but have visibly left my nose spread where the strips were placed. These allow my nasal passage to stay open. They take adjusting to, but have made a big improvement for my sleeping, and don’t cause cosmetic issues. They are durable and washed daily, I am still using the 1st pair after 3 weeks.Highly recommend.

These little guys appear to work!
I have recently purchased a couple items to help me from snoring and keeping my wife up at night. I purchased one of those mouth guard things and can't stand it. It's too bulky, uncomfortable, and as a stomach and side sleeper, I drool, which is just gross. I also bought these little nose opener thingies. I am a nose breather, so I was hopeful these might just help. They appear to do just that! Well according to my wife at least. They are not too uncomfortable, they do help keep my nostrils open, though the down fall seems to be that they will at times come out while I sleep. Maybe I need to play with the sizing, but I think the mediums I use are the correct ones. These are worth the price for a hopefully easy solution to snoring.

Real silicone, comfortable, stay in pretty well, helps me breathe!
These nasal dilators work great! They appear to be real silicone as they pass the pinch and twist test to see if they turn white, which would indicate fillers used in them. I use these for exercising and sleeping. They work great for both! They can come out a little at times, but I just push them back in. The little nubs on the edge are supposed to point forwards and fit into the end of your nose to help hold them in place. You will want probably a size larger than you think. I don't have that large of a nose, but I ended up with a medium. I tried a small and it was just too small. I thought the medium was too big, but it was just right, really helps me breathe. My septum is crooked, and I'm working on tongue posture to fix that. Tongue posture affects your face structure, and improper tongue posture creates sleep apnea over time as it narrows your breathing room behind your sinuses essentially. Your tongue should be stored in the roof of your mouth, touching all along the roof of your mouth. This pressure helps expand your dental arch, creating room for all your teeth without crowding, and pushing your front of your face forward slightly which creates room for breathing. There are dentists now who use devices to fix this, such as the Myobrace and Vivos. Mewing is a popular thing on YouTube which got its name from Dr. Mew who has brought attention to proper tongue posture. I used to keep my tongue in the bottom of my mouth and only corrected it in the last couple months. However, there is much more room in the roof of my mouth than when I started already, and it feels natural to have my tongue up there, whereas when I started it felt totally weird and cramped. Your bone is constantly remodeling, it is not static, so these changes are definitely possible. I'm hopeful someday I won't even need these nasal dilators. One more thing, it is important to breathe through your nose because you get nitric oxide that way. Any time you can breathe through your nose, you should breathe through your nose. Sleeping and exercising especially. Keeping your mouth closed while sleeping can be tough though. I have to switch to a thinner pillow to accomplish this. Some people use mouth tape or a chin strap, I tried both but they interrupted my sleep a lot, so I went the less pillow route. I wake up much more refreshed when I keep my mouth shut at night, when before I used to wake up feeling like I got hit by a truck! Good luck!!

Inexpensive miracle!!!
I had some plastic surgery on my nose, which has always been slender and I had no problems after the surgery but a couple years later it seems it’s more work to breathe especially at night when I get tired, so I find myself jolting awake because I don’t feel like I can get enough hair and it is not standard sleep apnea, The kind of thing that needs a respirator or machine It is a physical canal of my nose as well as I’m sure this can help out many other people with different causes for the same thing.I didn’t know about this thing and I was telling my daughter about getting problems with my breathing which my doctor said told me before when they heard me in the lobby I didn’t hear anything but long story short she told me about theses devices and I found it on Amazon so Inexpensive things are the first things to try and this was a home run!I know automatically if I put them in. I’m going to have a good night sleep and my smart watch tells me my O2 is great when I’m using these little things. When I can’t find them and I have misplaced them I know I’m gonna be in for it lol so I’ve become in a bit of dependent on an inexpensive excellent product! I can live with that. Even if you don’t think they will do something for you if you don’t try it and you have a breathing problem, especially at night or so it’s crazy not to try them. There are many variations in the box. You’ll find one that works perfectly. I now have three sets just mentally to have an extra one in two places is a good thing.

Helps me breath.
I have a deviated septum and a snoring problem. I wasn't sure if these would help at all, but figured it was worth a try. So, I got the mixed pack. For myself, the medium seemed to fit best. I find the silicon ones a little more comfortable, but even the hard plastic ones were easy to get used to. I can breath through my nose and the wife says that I am snoring less. It didn't stop the snoring, just reduced it. I'm good with that. According to my smart watch my SPO2 sits higher through the night, I'm am sleeping more solidly, and feeling more rested in the morning. Most my problem is years of fighting have left my nose messed up. This helps. I'm sure dealing with the doctors would be better, but I ain't got time for that.
