I've been looking for ways to have fresh tasting water without the hassle of having to fill up jug by jug or the price tag and inconvenience of carrying the bottles from store. This is a great product. I'd happily pay 4x what this costed. It's so convenient, so easy to use and install, and you can taste the difference immediately. I'm using filter water now for teas, coffee, squashes and to fill my dogs bowl. It's so great. I'm drinking a lot more water now since I don't have to wash jug, fill jug, wait for water to drop, fill the second half... It's a great buy. The only issue I thought I would have was the bulkiness of the fitting, since my sink isn't very big. But it's not an issue at all really. I super recommend. And if you have ADHD, trust me, it solves half your troubles with regards to always forgetting or not being bothered to drink water. It's great! I'd give it 10 stars.

Effortless installation process.

for the start it looked nice, open the pack and it looks like a good quality item. attachment to a tap however is a different experience. the parts don't fit and the adapter is very fragile/flimsy. cheap plastic and the turning part is not possible to turn with any tool. so it leaves a leak on the top no matter what you do. the washers are wrong size so they don't fit at all. overall, possible use for a week or two and it is destined for bin.on a positive, the non-filter option is nice as it gives shower of water for doing dishes which is a good, possibly water saving, design. for the price, i guess not quite worth it. will post an update if things improve.

The media could not be loaded. I couldn't open the aerator at first but found out that I turned the wrong side. It took me some time to figure how to assemble the whole thing onto the tap but it is perfect once it's done. I can immediately see the difference after boiling the water. Before it was cloudy and had a lot of limescale in it. It tasted horrible. After using the filtered water, it is much clearer after boiling. It would be nice if there is a link to videos in the instructions to teach you how to assemble it as words and pictures sometimes are not enough.

Does not fot any tap in the house the thread size is correct but the adpters are not deep enough to reach them.

The switch between the filtered water and tap water works really well. Filter works amazingly. Fitting is good
