Lion Coffee, Original, Medium Roast, Ground, 10 Ounce Bag

Bought this in Hawaii and fell in love with it! I can’t find it in stores in my state, so I’m glad Amazon sells it! Definitely worth the price for the taste and quality of this coffee!

I was thrown off by the name "Lion" for a coffee from Hawaii. Always overlooked to seek out oter brands. Until, Prince Waikiki Hotel had Lion coffee in the room. The morning I drank some of the Lion coffee...I was blown away and amazed on the taste and smoothness. I will now continue to order this absolutely amazing coffee again and again.

A felllow employee introduced me to Lion coffee after he returned from a trip to Hawaii. I thought it was so smooth I had to get more. Outstanding coffee! Thank you, Amazon!

This used to be my favorite coffee and I bought a bunch of it to bring home with me when I was visiting the plantation in Kona. Unfortunately it is more difficult to get these days and buying a 10oz bag instead of a proper 16oz just feels cheap. It’s expensive coffee and there are other ways s of obtaining good Kona based coffee for less money.

Having a big family of coffee drinkers I am always on the search for good coffee for a good price. This grind had immense and intricate flavor and aroma. This coffee gets me out of bed in the morning and has become a bit of an addiction. If you want your soul to do a happy dance and feel comfort just from smelling coffee brewing then this is the coffee for you.

I like to go on Amazon occasionally and look up coffee brands I've never had before and give them a try if they're highly rated or have decent value for the price. Came across this. Seen the high ratings and I've never had Hawaiian coffee, so I went in blindly, not knowing what to expect, but people are praising it, so how bad can it be?First pot I made, it was very light. Barely any coffee flavor. Figured maybe I didn't put enough coffee grounds in. The next pot I made later, I added more grounds. It was more bitter, but still lacked a good coffee taste I crave for a regular roasted coffee. I just can't get into it like what I would like.It's not the worst coffee out there. I'll keep making it till it's gone. Don't know if it was a bad batch or something, or because I have no clue what makes Hawaiian coffee, Hawaiian, but I don't know if I'll make another purchase from them again, knowing there's certain good ones out there for the same price, if not cheaper.

Heard about this brand through a friend and bought some while we were in HI. LOVE it! Pricier than other brands so this is a treat for us! Great to purchase as a gift for coffee lovers or have in your coffee rotation to treat yourself.
