Worth it!
Edit to add: I used the bag this weekend and it lives up to my expectations. The double function strap is perfect for when I need to quickly throw it on my shoulder running out the door but can also be worn as a back pack when out shopping, etc. The only complaint I have is I wish it came with a small handle to grab when you just want to pick it up to move from one room to another or to load up etc. I bought a replacement purse handle to remedy that and in the meantime I’m using some generic stroller straps that would be the perfect solution if I could find them in black. It was nearly impossible to find a replacement strap with rose gold hardware to match this bag - Etsy to the rescue. I’ll update with pics when it arrives. Overall - Great purchase and would recommend. I hope it holds up over the years. I haven’t used it yet so I will update when I know more but this is my 4th diaper bag in a year and a half bc the others just don’t fit my storage needs. This bag appears to have the right amount of pockets in all the right places, I tested it out by putting everything in and I think it will work great but I will update after real use. It doesn’t hurt that it is stylish too, I would have settled for a less stylish bag if it had what I needed (and I have) but this is just a nice bonus 🤩 the only downfall I see so far is the wipe holder is useless but that can be easily remedied. I have my diapers/wipes and pad in the bottom compartment. Bottles in side pocket. Food/snacks in front pocket. Main compartment is blanket, extra cloths, toys, sippy cup, extra bottle, burp rag, bib, disposable placemats, wet bag, more diapers , etc. Nice to have an extra pocket for my phone/sunglasses too. And another side pocket for a bottle of water or another cup for LO. I wish I knew to buy this before I wasted money on other ones.

Perfect for a travel bag.
I bought this because my backpack from preset label got too heavy. I used this for our first flight with a baby. It worked out so much for me. I had to sit alone due to seating issues and I am so glad I had easy access and compartments for perfect item placing. My bag does have some wear in the 2 months I’ve had it. But it’s not too heavy even when you add so much junk. I will be getting the intermix cubes since I just like having it organized with a bit of chaos. Recommend if you’re looking for a better option than a backpack. This is way nicer looking but also not bag to lug around like my backpacks. So functional. The colors are perfect since you place it on the floor or spills get on them. I use it as a purse so I didn’t mind the cute look. I feel like a put together mom with this bag. The backpack straps are a little uncomfortable when it’s a heavy bag.

Worth it!
I LOVE this bag! I am a thrifty person and wasn't sure I could justify this purchase, but I am so glad I did. I have only had this bag for a week so it is hard to speak to the durability, but the size, style, and features are perfect for me as a fresh mom of two. I had a crossbody diaper bag with my first and it worked fine, but ended up being uncomfortable. The insulated pockets are wonderful to have and I am sure I will use them more as the little grows. The straps are made of the same material as a seat belt and I forsee them lasting a while. The bag is super stylish and can be carried as a tote or used as a backpack which is very handy. The changing pad is larger than the others I have which is also a plus. My only regret is not finding this bag sooner!

Wanted to love
I wanted this diaper bag so badly when I was pregnant. Finally purchased on sale. Now that ny son is 5 months old, it has some pros and definite cons. Pros: -easy to clean -cute design -insulated pockets all over for bottles and snacks -tote or backpack conversion Cons: -the straps for the backpack constantly get stuck when converting it -the tote style is bulky and awkward to carry everywhere -all the pockets are great but often too narrow to maximize their function -the rose gold zips are beginning to tarnish with minimal use Overall I wish I had purchased a backpack style instead. This is too much work and doesnt hold enough. My mother uses it when she babysits and hates it too.

Falling apart after one month
I bought this bag for use to work since it's very practical and can hold my lunch. It works well and I love that it has pockets and zippers for everything to keep stuff compartmentalized. However, in a month, the key holder is already falling off. The straps are loose and I have to adjust it every single time I use it or else the shoulder strap ends up too long. It doesn't stay in place anymore. I am forced to use this bag as a backpack, which defeats the purpose of having a choice between the two setups. Unfortunately, it's very uncomfortable as a backpack. It doesn't keep its shape when I don't put my lunch at the bottom, but I don't mind. Coworkers still had commented on how nice the bag is. Sadly, I don't care if this bag is the prettiest bag in existence. If I can't use it effectively, it's not a good bag. Every single time I use it as a shoulder bag, I feel the strap slipping and slipping as I walk. It eventually ends up looking like a gym bag. Maybe it could work if you don't put anything in it weight-wise. But why have a big bag such as this? It could fit a ton of things in volume: umbrella, notebook, stethoscope, a small pouch of pens and work things, a pouch of personal essentials like feminine products and tissue, small sizes of lotion, moisturizer and sunscreen, a snack for my son and sometimes, my lunch. It's stupid that it is made to hold so many things but the straps are not up to par for the job. Probably returning since it's now a useless paper weight.

If you try to wear the strap in backpack mode it continually slides to one side making it extremely difficult / annoying to get the backpack on. The bag is nice and stylish and a good size with good compartments but it is missing the stroller straps even though it comes with the hook for the stroller but not the actual straps. Overall I don’t reccomend due to the backpack mode issue.
