Excellent for Surveillance and Great Customer Support from the Seller
I am using this camera to monitor activity at a remote flying site site for our radio control model aircraft club. It performs very well and offers all the features needed, including high video resolution, preset positions and optical zoom. At our site it is controlled by a Raspberry Pi using Selenium under Python to move to various presets via the camera's HTML interface. Images are then captured using ffmpeg and transmitted to the club website. Performance is excellent, especially given its very reasonable price. The only thing missing is an API which would make controlling the camera via a computer interface easier. In addition, I want to offer a complement to the seller, BayLine, for their excellent customer service. The camera electronics started to fail about 2 months after purchase so it was beyond the return window for Amazon. I contacted BayLine and they first wanted to test the camera via the web but that was not possible due to its remote location and inaccessibility from the Internet. Consequently they immediately shipped out a replacement. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Great solid metal construction and all the functionality I need for my main front door cam
The media could not be loaded. I've been waiting a long time to be able to afford a nice metal dome camera like this. I'm very impressed with the solid build quality and metal construction. mounting it to the wall by my front door was two-screws easy.It comes with a surprisingly small and slim 2Amp power supply and then straight into my ethernet switch.I found it's IP address and then logged into it and adjusted things as I like them.it has all the adjustments I expect and then some. I don't use much of the fancy stuff since I let my Blur Iris software handle most of that. I did notice the WDR setting was OFF so I enabled that to the default settings and it works great to balance the light and dark areas of a scene.I also change the default password of course, as always.I haven't adjusted much else. it switches to night mode and day mode just fine by itself.I set a few positions on the PTZ and then went to Blue Iris to connect it there.Oh, I also changed the ONVIF port in the camera from its internal webpage to 8999, which is more common and what blue iris is expecting.Looks great in Blue Iris!really very happy, the wide-angle is just wide enough for front door use and the telephoto really changes the picture when needed.the video I include here is in real-time, the movement is pretty fast on this thing.the two pics looking out over my front gate to show the min zoom to max zoom difference. great for this application.the two photos of the gate show the same min and max zoom capabilities.the third photo is looking straight down (on top of a bush) so I can see where the cats sleep and eat (and the skunks)i can only attach one video otherwise I would include one of the skunks coming to eat the cat food at night...and the speaker and mic work great. really handy when we're away from home and talk to the cat sitters. Surprisingly loudspeaker too.Really for the money, this is a very solid camera and will be my main front door camera for a long time now probably. can't imagine why I would need more performance than this thing has to offer.

Good camera for the price, but should offer with micro sd card already installed.
Installation was pretty easy, app works well, and the wifi connection is very strong - better than expected and better than other cameras I have tried in the same location. Video quality is good also.Installation of the sd memory card is not clear, and videos I have watched make it look risky. Yoluke should offer a version with a memory card already installed.

Does not rotate waste of money
Bought three of these cameras all have failed the ptz pan tilt locks up and won't work . Still within return window lucky me gonna try something else . Did not contact company what are the odds that I got all lemons or do they all quit working after a couple months . To much money to risk I live in northern illinois and it is below freezing but that should not be an issue. My guess is they are not completely waterproof and the gears are freezing up . One of the cameras is the 20x zoom version but same problems. The zoom and pictures quality is great the motion detection was good in beginning now it is sporadic . Wanted zoom but can manage without don't need to see neighbor just my yard gonna buy a ptz camera without the zoom to keep price down in case they fail also found a pair on Amazon for less than $80 for two of them with all the same functions except zoom not expecting much from them at that price point . But these are worthless if you can't move them when you need two. Now have to get ahold of everyone that I had recommended these cameras two and tell them that they failed that gonna suck . I was using camhipro app but they seemed to work with blue iris was waiting on new computer to run them on with blue iris tried on wife's computer and seemed to work but I am new to blue iris not an expert but still no good if they don't rotate when needed . Don't think it a software problem think the problem is mechanical . Hopefully you found this review helpfully sorry for the long winded rambling on and I am sure I miss spelled some words . Hate doing review's
