Good price for a well made brush wheel. I put this on a 6" bench grinder and appreciate that the wheel is decently balanced, such that it causes minimum vibration when running. The fine wire is perfect for stripping calcium deposits and polishing metal threads and fittings, and for removing paint and rust from most metal surfaces.This fits both 1/2" and 5/8" shafts; there is a plastic bushing that reduces the 5/8" opening to 1/2". It's important that you slide the wheel onto the grinder with the open side facing out, or the bushing will slide off the wire wheel when you install. Virtually all wheels come with this bushing, and I recommend hanging on to the ones from old wheels, just in case you lose one or need.I'm very satisfied with this purchase, and am glad that I saved a few dollars by not buying a larger name brand.

Purchased this to clean up some hardware on a vintage Volvo. It was rusted, crusted, and covered in undercoating. I picked this one as it was the least abrasive I could find. It went on well, however it was a but narrower than my arbor. A few washers and I was in business. Works, great- finished one side just now to a polished clean finish and the wheel seems to be holding up well. For the money its a no-brainer.

Works well.Don't like the plastic bushing that reduces from 5/8' to 1/2" it stays on the shaft if you remove the wheel.

Great wire wheel, just what I needed for many projects.

Work's perfect on my 6 inch Bauer Grinder. I added 4 washer's to the inside of the wheel which shimmed and centered it perfectly.

Decent quality - seems to only lose wires when hitting corners on items being brushed. The balance/vibration is good/smooth.

My bench grinder did not come with spacers or washers or bushings and the threads are made for thicker wheels. This may or may not be a problem for you but I had to hunt for a bunch of 1/2 washers so it could be tightened on the arbor. Also, the wires are small gauge which can be both good and bad depending on what you want to clean up. Its average, so I give it an average rating.
