Been using this product for about a month and have experienced a slight but noticeable increase in my alertness, ability to focus, memory and overall energy levels. I stumbled upon gingko a few years ago to help with circulation. Shockingly, my reynauds is now gone. I can ice fish without gloves, snow blow without gloves - it's crazy. Been taking gingko every day for about 3 years and have no plans to stop. This is the best brand I've found.

I'm sure this is a well made supplement, although I'm not sure if it was just Gingko Biloba itself and how my body reacted to it, or if it was something in the supplement. I tried for a few weeks, taking a break in between to confirm whether the effects would wear off (they did after a few days). But this product ended up making me feel anxious when I took it, which is odd because for many it can act as a stress release.I will not be taking this again as it left me feeling tense and anxious.
