I do like the glue
Have not used all the items. Wish I could find just the glue, so far no luck. I do like the glue.

Pretty but Over-Priced
This adhesive kit contains six different adhesives by Xyron, and are labeled as "acid free" and "non toxic". The kit comes housed in a pretty, pale pink box with the Teresa Collins logo in black on the front. It is made of sturdy cardboard, is about 7" x 7" and 2" deep, and stays closed with a strong magnetic flap. It contains individual compartments for each piece, but these are just paper inserts and can be removed so that the box can be reused. The kit contains:-189 adhesive foam squares. These are 1/4 inch thick, which is frankly too thick for scrapbook use and for most card-making. I cannot fathom why so many were included.-1 adhesive eraser. I have not used this, so I don't know if it works. There are no instructions included for how best to use it, but I assume it is supposed to be used like a regular eraser, to remove adhesive from paper.-20 feet of transparent tape, in a sturdy, pink, plastic tape runner. An average roll of transparent tape contains around 37 feet, so I don't expect this would last very long. It is referred to as "disposable", so I am assuming that tape refills are not available.-29 feet of double-sided tape in a heavy paper dispenser with a metal serrated cutter. Again, when compared to other brands of double sided tape (which contain around 33 feet), I don't expect that this tape would last long for the average paper-crafter.-10 feet of one-inch sticker tape in a sturdy, pink, plastic container with a metal serrated cutter. This, too, has no directions for use. It is also referred to as "disposable", so again, I assume no refills are available.-.75 oz bottle of clear-hold adhesive for embellishments. This is half the size of other brands of embellishment glue. I have not used it yet, so I cannot attest to it's hold.Bottom line: The presentation of the product, in the lovely pink box, is the kit's best feature. At the current price of $25 for this set, it is extremely overpriced (even considering the addition of the reusable box) for the small amount of product it contains.

A little bit of everything ...
I'm an avid papercrafter -- I've been making handcrafted greeting cards for several years, and own a lot of similar products. I also use a lot of Teresa Collins papers in my work (I just finished a set of cards using her "Sweet Afternoon" papers Teresa Collins Designs Sweet Afternoon 6 by 6-Inch Pad ). So I was happy to check out this adhesive kit.It contains the most commonly used adhesives for paper crafting: clear liquid adhesive, foam squares, double-sided tape, tape runner, and sticker maker, along with a sponge you can use to "clean up" any stray bits of adhesive, all packaged in a nice pink box.The products are fine -- they're decent quality, they do what they're supposed to do. The clear adhesive works well to stick buttons, fabric flowers, etc. to paper; it also works nicely to add gloss accents. I use a lot of double-sided tape when I make my folders to hold packs of cards, and the double-sided tape included here works fine, although you don't get a lot of it. The tape runner is also nice quality, similar to others on the market. But I do have a few quibbles. The foam squares are way too thick for most card-making uses. I usually use 1/32"-thick squares so that I can have multiple layers; using these, I can only use a single layer; otherwise, the card is too thick for mailing in a "regular" envelope. Also, the Xyron sticker maker allows you to make stickers only 1" wide, which is rather narrow. It's great for sticking ribbon, but not so good for creating stick-on flowers (for example) or other shapes. If you just want to try out some of these items, this might be a decent way to get all of them together. But I'm not sure the usefulness outweighs the cost. 3 stars: it's OK, but nothing to write home about.

Great products but not full sized!!
This is a nice little sampler package of different types of adhesives packaged in a nice little box. So why the three star rating? Sadly they are all sampler sized and not full size, all tapes in disposable containers, so there's a tremendous amount of waste. The double-sided tape works well but comes in a cardboard dispenser that was somewhat crushed and that made it difficult to use. The disposable sticker maker has 10 feet of 1" wide adhesive. Quick to use and no way to refill. What a waste! The tape runner came with 20 feet of 5/16" tape but again, toss after use. The clear hold adhesive is a small bottle and contains 0.75 ounces of glue. Also included are 189 Thick black foam squares (0.4 x 0.4") and an adhesive eraser. All of this comes in a cardboard gift-type box with a magnetic closure making this about the only refillable item in the whole kit!The quality of the products themselves are good. They work very well and I was pleased with the performance of everything. The eraser is a very nice addition to the craft room. How many times I could have used it in the past!! I love the sticker maker, but hate all the waste with it. The glue works well and so do the tapes. Oh and the foam squares... They are soooo cool~ The create lovely 3-D pieces that look so neat head on, but a bit strange from the side view. These make me think of all the 3-D paper art that was popular in the 70's!!My suggestion would be to bypass the kit and buy the products you would like to use, unless you prefer samples to try out first before the "big" purchase. This would also make a nice gift for the crafter that you're really not sure what to give. It would introduce some possible new items and besides, what crafter doesn't need adhesives?

Not what I expected
Although I liked all the different glue/tape options, I didn't expect them to be so small. I was also disappointed to see that the xyron sticker maker was a disposable. I thought I would be able to buy refills for it.

A Sticky Situation
Great little kit. Has everything a new Scrapper would need to get started. would also make a great door prize for any Scrapping event.
