Q: Hello, i’ve used this rope for about a month and it is now falling apart. how can i return this as amazon is stating i am 3 days past the deadline?

Q: What kind of screw is used? Mine fell out and I need a replacement.

You can add an ender for the other side of the rope and like this, you dont need to use the screw. My rope hace a couple months and the screw works perfectly though.

I had the same problem. I used tape to hold it together but unfortunately I’ve just done away with the rope completely. I loved the rope except for this problem and wouldn’t recommend repurchasing until the company fixes this issue.
