Easy to use and seals tile and grout very easily. Can’t see it after applying.

This product does all it claims to do on a old tile floor. Product sealed, protects, and help beautify a 27 year old tile floor. Ease of use and I was amazed as too how much liquid tile floors absorb! As advertised! Excellent!

Great except it's more for grout renual not exactly for original grout sealent

I've spent a lot of money on other sealants, which makes it difficult to keep up with maintenance. This stuff works great and is a great buy. I repainted all of the grout lines in my kitchen and then used this to seal the floor, twice. After finish mopping, the floor looks amazing and seems to be holding up really well. Very happy!

This does a great job on my granite countertops. I put it in a spray bottle, spray and leave it on 15 minutes, wipe it off with clean dry cloth, then spray with original Windex, dry with another clean dry cloth. Wah-lah. I have beautiful shiny proctected sealed countertops.

Good effective product.

I have been trying to find a tile and grout sealer that isn't crazy expensive and still effective. This stuff fit the bill. The hardest part was cleaning the tile. But once it was clean this went on very smooth. I did two coats. I am very pleased with the results. Messes are very easy to clean up now with just a damp mop or towel.

get enough to do your area..., thought I'd scrimp a little and get a quart for about 300 feet. It DOES discolor the grout lines. Makes them darker, which is good for me, but the areas where not applied as liberally as others, suffers loss of darkness. For uniformed protection read the label and dont have re-order like me! :)

the product arrived quickly, it was easy to apply and it did not leave any stains on the tiles. i had to re-grout the tiles in the shower and hope this product will help to keep the moisture out, the wall on the other side was wet. it was easy to apply and even though the price for such small bottle was high i only used 3 cup full for 3 sq meters. i do not know if it will give me additional protection but for me it was worth it. The rest will be used for the bathroom. i do not have ventilation in the shower and bathroom and i think it makes sense to use this product in addition to water prove grout i have bought. taken into consideration that you only need small amount - a large area can be covered with this small bottle.
