While I’m not an expert on shrimp paste, as I just ordered it to make some dishes and wanted my ingredients to be completely authentic, I was a bit skeptical of ordering such a product online. It arrived well sealed, unexpired, and fresh. It also keeps well once opened and immediately refrigerated.

It's good stuff. Fair warning if you've never used it, this is shrimp paste. It's about as concentrated in flavor *and* in smell as can be.
