Durable, decent filter bag. I have yet to get one to burst, even when they are so full it's difficult to remove them from the actual vaccum. Decent price, decent product.

I'm writing this from the perspective of a person that renovates old homes in New England. I pair these bags with my Vacmaster Pro 8 gallon Certified Hepa Filtration Wet/Dry Vac. The vacuum itself (which I need to write a separate review for) is such an incredible value. We buy these bags and use them for all construction dust. While the Vacmaster itself claims to be a wet/dry vac, the bags certainly do not handle moisture well. Bags WILL split if you vacuum up wet materials. For dry use, though, they're perfect. You also should not overfill them with material (ex. sheetrock or plaster) because bags can rip. If I had ONE thing I wish was different about these bags, I wish the guard for the neck of the bag was stronger. It often either (1) tears (if you have too much in the bag) or (2) doesn't block dust from blowing back out the bag when you remove the bag... even if you're very careful! 4/5 predominantly based on value, but 3/5 for durability and stretch.

You might ask, "Why do I need these bags? Doesn't my shop vac have a filter, and can't I just dump out my vac?" Well yes of course, but for example this year I had a wasp infestation in an enclosed sunroom. I didn't see it happening I just found thousands of half dead wasps on the floor. It was very ugly, to say the least. Anyway, I did not want all those nasty bugs and bug pieces in my filter or coming out into the air if anything got past the filter. I likely would have had to change the filter after the bug cleanup and filters are not cheap. These bags made the job much easier. Just open the vac and pull out the used bag. No messing around with what's inside that bag, just toss that bag into a larger trash bag, and boom job done. Highly recommend, especially for a dirty or nasty job. At least have a few on hand you never know. I found out real quick.
