Mozzarella Cheese Block - 1x2.3kg

This 2.3kg of Mozzarella is equivalent to 20 balls of shop bought mozzarella. That works out to be about 1p cheaper than something like Galbani. So it’s not really money saving BUT the big advantage of this is that it can divided into 20 pieces and stored in the freezer to use whenever you want. You will never run out of this cheese again. We make a lot of pizza (buying the base obviously) and this cheese is delicious; melty and stringy. I will be a returning customer.

Amazing for the home pizza chef

I was making mozzarella sticks as a starter for the family, they all loved them, made loads. I still have tons left so hoping I can freeze them. The cheese melted and tasted great. No complaints

Great for the price delivered can't fault it. Often buy tesco pizza cheese in block form and it's great too.

Good mozzarella fast delivery

Delivery was excellent, came how should in a like cooling bag and box. It’s fantastic to cook with and it is a large block, so I cut it into portions and put it in the freezer and when I want to use it I just de-frost it and it’s good to go. It is slightly expensive. And it’s a lot harder to find in supermarkets. But on taste and quality, I highly recommend.

I can't find this firmer yellowed mozzarella in the supermarket and it's so useful in Keto cooking, so I bought it in bulk. sliced it into chunks, wrapped in cling film and froze it on the day of purchase. I defrost it the day before I want to use it and haven't noticed any loss of flavour through freezing - it's a mild cheese anyway. It grates well and melts into stretchy / elastic style cheese. I'll definitely purchase this again.
