Dorman 927-159 Rear Suspension Stabilizer Bar Compatible with Select Ford/Lincoln/Mercury Models

I had to spend $20 on 2 bolt bushing mounts and $30 on exhaust U bolt clamps to bolt it to the axle. It's crazy. There are holes in the frame just waiting for this to bolt in. There are guides in online forums, but it's pretty straight forward. It makes a difference in handling/roll without sacrificing ride, and it was very inexpensive.

I bought this kit and a small biz local mechanic did the installation for me. The kit came with everything he needed for the installation and be said it bolted right on with no issues. The rear end of the car now feels much tighter and not like a sloppy sail boat when going around turns. I love driving my 2004 Vic again! Highly Recommended!

This bar really does a lot to improve the stability of the car without having a negative impact on the smoothness of the ride. The one thing that could be improved is the end links - they are not very easy to tighten because of the way the mounting point on the frame is configured. An end link design that simplified installation would make this a better product.

This was a massive upgrade for my Grand Marquis without a factory sway bar. Massively improves drivability without have to spend a ton of money on expensive aftermarket sway bars. Included all the hardware and clips necessary, seems to be good quality and I had no fitment issues at all.

Great handling. Fits 98-11 Crown Victorias, Grand Marquis, Town Car that don't have a swaybar! Comes with all parts needed. Functions as it should.

Virtually the same 15.3 mm rear sway-bar that was on my 2011 Crown Vic Police Interceptor. For the cost of replacing the OEM end-links, and bushings, this kit is the best bang for the buck. Makes a high-quality aftermarket OEM replacement or the ideal upgrade for cars that didn't come with a factory sway bar.

Installed on a 2006 Grand Marquis that didn't have a stabilizer bar. Installation was very easy, all parts needed were included. Note: this bar is not heavy duty, it's probably only 5/8" diameter, but for under 50 bucks, it is a bargain.
